Celtic fan here… been fun watching the Cavs rise. Huge huge spida fan and I knew trouble was brewing for the league when Atkinson took over. Cavs are killing right now but I’m curious to see how the second half of the season goes now that the schedule will get tougher and other eastern conference teams have started to peak. Best of luck to yall, would be a fun series should celts and Cavs meet in the playoffs.
Interesting you say that bc the Celtics, knicks and few other eastern teams have had easier schedules. Guess we will find out for all of them. Best of luck to you too!
@@aaronmathews9636 I mean... no. According to the sos index all year long cavs have been amongst the top 3 easiest. As of 2 days or so ago it still was. The index changes every day, I think knicks have had easiest but again it changes. The cavs have spent the majoritty of the season having played the easiest overall schedule. It's not a damning thing its just something that I'm gonna look at as their schedule evens out a bit. They push through and keep it up then you can't really do anything but put them up there with the celtics, especially since they have split the season series. They play again soon too so that will be fun.
I love how people think the cavs aren't contenders because the magic took us to 7 games, but has anyone seen the magic they are legit. Both of their stars are out, and they are still winning.
Call me crazy, I’m just a visionary: Jarrett Allen should be shooting at least one 3 a game. I’ve seen him make jumpers from 12 ft all the way to the 3 pt line and make them. I see his ft form. He can hit 3s if given the opportunity. I don’t want it to be our focus, but if you added more spacing, the Cavs would have over a 50% chance of winning the title
As a Celtics fan I hear you. Even if he’s not hitting the threat of the shot will spread the floor more and at the very least allow for some more opportunity to slip behind the defense in a back cut or slip.
I mean I was all the way with you until you said 50%. I appreciate the optimism but that’s carried away lol. The Celtics are at +300 or something which is only like 25%
I will state this: Winning a Championship should always be the goal, but it should not be the entire goal. This Team's Championship window is Evan Mobley. Which means this team is set up for multiple Championship runs, not just trying to luck into one, think about the type of players they have waiting in the wings Emoni, JT, Travers, Jaylon, then get back to me, needing to trade for a wing dude. It is not time to panic, change course, limit the rotation or time to go after someone because you know their name, this team is built differently, computing the Cavs the way we do, bad teams and how they are playing right now is a weird flex. Trust the Process, believe in the mission, and stay the course. Go Cavs!
@@seandorsch7047 the idea of starting is not that important to this team, the Cavs should play 10-11 guys at least 10 mins a game, so starting the 5th guy can be more matchup dependent. I believe Struss gives the team the best chance to come out firing offensively and that can help the defense out in its own way. Dean Wade is important, but the idea that the pieces are not interchangable with the depth the Cavs have is missing out on one of the Cavs biggest strength. Anyone can start anyone can finish, effort, paying attention to detail and playing the right way, keeps you on the court.
@@seandorsch7047I used to really dislike Wade's game but I've come around on him and I do recognize how much better they play with him in the starting lineup. They play BETTER with him but not more explosive to the eye. He just needs to be available

@nickgilday8946 hope to see Boston in the ECF win or loss I am hoping for a good series and both teams healthy
I wish more Celtics fans were like you. It’s all healthy competition at the end of the day
@2blackamm299 Another Celtics fan here, and I respect how the Cavs have been playing.

Nah, that's what we have Mobley for and All Jarrett has to do is rebound the ball that's what makes them unbeatable 😂

Dean Wade should always start. He brings more rebounding, plays better defense, and needs the least amount of shots to make a difference.

You mean TRUST THE PROCESS like Philly 😂😂😂 or make your move at the most optimum time like Boston did getting Porzingus and Derrick White
I’d like another player that can defend this 5 tbh. This is why Thor should have been worked into the rotation by now and been given niangs minutes
