Literally spent good portion of this fine Sunday on the similar 30 " machine but a bin that was so large I was still able to easily crawl inside to scrub the ceiling of the bin / bottom of the IM after most recent health inspector gave writeup. Crawling out of that confined space was a lot harder!
What’s up Dave! Another good video. IMHO ice makers are one of the most neglected pieces of equipment we work on. As you have said before fix on break no pms at all.
Circuit breaker rating was probably fairly close to the run current of both the refrigeration units. When they got blocked condensers the run currents would rise and possibly enough to cause tripping. Maybe leaving the old circuit breaker would have given better future head pressure protection. 😂
I've got a water cooled manitobic and I've tried to pull every component to see why this one's tripping out and it just kept tripping it's on a 20 amp breaker it's actually on a 20 amp GFI and that's the whole kitchen is full of GFIs and I'm wondering if there's just the circus just getting overloaded or the the machines pulling too much amperage for a 20 amp circuit I'm just not quite sure I just changed it to another kitchen circuit and it's running for right now but it acts like every time the compressor wants to fire up is when it wants to trip
