Accordion can be otherwise known as portable reed-organ because it contains metal reeds, keyboard, valves, pallets and bellows. It works in the same method as reed-organ. But only difference between reed-organ and accordion is reed-organ can't be carried but accordion can be carried. So that I call accordion as portable reed-organ.

Mouth-harmonica too has metal reeds for each and every note but it has no bellows and keyboard. In one way it can also be considered as portable version of reed-organ but in other way it differs from other types of free reed wind instruments. All free reed wind instruments can be grouped in reed-organ categories.
