Only converting ounces to ml which half times 30 ml of ice so basically 8 ounces of ice is 4 ounces time 30 ml which 120 ml

30ml is equal to about 1 oz. So you just multiply the oz by 30 to get the approximate answer. 8 oz would be approximately 240ml.
