How did you get the flywheel belt bit at 5:04? I have done the same steps (have a kickr core but looks 100% the same) and it is stuck (have unscrewed the tiny little screw on the side...)
Thanks for this video. I've got the pulley and the woodruff key off. However, when I tap the spindle with gentle force it does not budge. I've tried greasing it with WD40 and still no movement. So I am stuck at removing the flywheel. Any advice?
I mean the screw that one puts loc tite the one that tightens the steering wheel, not the belt adjuster, testing and seeing that it depends on how much that screw is tightened, the turning of the steering wheel is faster or slower and it also affects the power of the roller, in the spindown it lasts more or less depending on how much I tighten it
I make a factory spindown in the number 1 the time is 23.3 and the number 2 4.5 seconds. And the factor braje is 0.91 I don't know if these numbers are right

Top ! Dat kan ik ook. Hoe ben je aan de reparatieset gekomen ? Hoe lang duurde het voordat het binnen was ? Ik kan mijn Kickr opsturen maar dan ben ik hem 2-4 weken kwijt, wat geen optie is voor mij.
@@Zeurdan it basically was just stuck on there almost rusted on stuck. I was able to get it off. I finally just asked Wahoo for a new one cause I ruined the bearings and other things
Hallo ik heb een wahoo die nu defect is. Defect (vlgs dealer) is een versleten ring achter body, waardoor body wel vooruit maar niet reverse draait. Het kan de ring achter of onder de body zijn? Wahoo repareert dit niet zelf, hoe kan ik dit het beste vervangen?

Unfortunately, we do not give steps to customers on how to repair the KICKRs on their own // nor do we send out replacement parts." They then offered to send me a refurbished 2018 for 250euro and a 650 euro deposit....

Pull hard or even use some plyers. It can get a bit stuck indeed. Good luck!

Did you figure this out ? My metal nug where the belt sits on 5:03 of video won’t come out so I can’t take my flywheel off
how much do you tighten the screw of the wrench? because if it is too tight or loose it affects the power reading with the spindown
Hi Carlos, I marked the screw before unscrewing it. when re-installing i made sure it was in the same position again.
