Very complete, thorough, and fair review! You can't do it any better than this when reviewing a product. You touched on everything including the pros and cons and gave simple to follow alternatives to somewhat combat the cons. Great video!
ow, thank you for the very kind words. This was my first video that I sat down over the course of a few days and actually wrote a script to follow. Hopefully future videos are even better.
Finally a test of the Angelwax H2No! It is indeed expensive, but you pay for quality. I mainly use it as a quick detailer. The gloss and slickness is amazing! I would compare it to their limited edition Sub-Lime QED
Omg, this is why I just use the multiple towel method. So easy and fast. Good video and explanation but will scare many people away for first time users
I actually was compiling an update video for the Angelwax. The single bucket with the double flips with this stuff is just amazing. I use one gallon a wash, so 1.3 ounces and the surface is just super slick and has a great appearance to it, with great water beading properties as well.
Great review Mike!! Got mine coming Friday, very expensive indeed! Looks great tho. I’m a sucker for the slickness 😆. I got the Slick X coming from Ripclean too. Have a great one, cheers.
You will not be disappointed, unless you count how quickly you use the product. It also adds a look to the paint that I can't describe so I really didn't try. The US rep said it contains a wax, but the official line I think is just "protection".
Another informative video, was keen to see your demonstration of angelwax H2No , looks a great product, is the dilution ratio for this product as a rinseless 100-1,as against most competitors 256-1 ?
Exactly, 100:1. If it was concentrated enough to do 256:1, it would likely be a top 5 product. Amazing slickness, no scent, but the feel and look of the paint when done, plus the dry off is amazing. The math kinda works out if you do it with the alternative one bucket method though. If I take RRW as an example, an ounce is 59 cents. My normal one bucket washes use 4 gallons, so 2 ounces of product for $1.18. If I take 1 gallon of this, I use 1.3 ounces of product, or $1.27 of product. So if I get creative with my wash method, I can average almost the same cost, but it's a lot more work. This is really a boutique product, but I really like it. I am trying to devise a test method to simulate winter conditions so I can test these all again and let people know how they really perform under really challenging circumstances.
Managed to pick up a Bottle from Angelwax as live in 🇬🇧 hopefully will see if its as good as Idrosave and Feynlab V3 which I’m enjoying at the moment but are totally different products
Mike just used Angelwax H2No and must say the slickness after wash is off the scale very impressive Rinseless Wash did a Hybrid Wash using H2No as a straightforward 256:1 in Bucket and works a treat 🇬🇧
I'm diluting Turtle Wax 'Waterless Wash & Wax' to a similar ratio when I use it as a rinseless. Difference is I can buy 20L (5.28 US Gal) for £60 , that costs me about £0.30 a wash (It costs me slightly more as a add a small amount of shampoo (TW Pure Wash) to the mix). It works great with the Ultra Safe Sponge and the Double Flips. You should try some.
The US rep said it contains a wax, while the Gyeon and CARPRO claim it's SiO2. All three feel great on the sponge, but the Angelwax to me feels the best on the dry off without a drying aid. Second would be the CARPRO, then the GYEON. (if you mix the GYEON as a drying aid and mist before drying it is amazing)
Yes I will. I was supposed to be on the list to be able to purchase it when it came out, but never got a message. They've had the instructions up on a blog post for about a month now and I was patiently waiting.
Hi, do you know if it is the same type of protection? I checked both labo and Angelwax website - labo says polymers with nano sealants - AW polymers and no mention of protection.
I didn't take video of it this morning but on my SUV (non coated) the water beading was again crazy and it acted like a wax as soon as I hit the highway. I would say ceramic, but the water didn't roll off quite as fast as with a ceramic.
Hate to say the name, but have you tried Chemical Guy’s Rinse Free? I have many rinseless washes, and for the most part, liked them all and was shockingly impressed by Rinse Free.
@@TheOutdoorDetailer Ooohhh maaan, thats the first RW I’ve seen staining the wash media worse than Griots Garage😮 but APC helped with GG, apparently not the case with Labo… that’s a bummer😅

Angelwax has always been a premium brand it’s up there with like tacsystems , polish angels etc good review
I love watching your channel as I am currently living in a townhome where its not always convenient to wash with a hose. Thanks!
You are so welcome! This was my goal, as those of us without hose access need creative ways to keep our stuff looking great.

What is the dilution for a Quick detailer?
1 or 2/10@@T-BoneTodd
On the bottle they say use straight but the US rep told me 32/1 as a waterless wash. 1:10 should be fantastic!

Nice review. Very thorough. My take on this is, if you want it, buy it. Its your money, your car, your enjoyment. But its not for me.......... yet

I am not a fan of Idrosave, but you will be pleased with the Angelwax. Mind if I ask what the Angelwax costs where you are?
It cost me £29.41 in English Pounds

May give it a try. I've seen the P&S Pearl also can be diluted as a rinseless, but I have not yet tried.
Great video, thanks a lot. Is this like Carpro/ Gyeon rinseless? There are few different types and it’s quite confusing.

Hi Mike, Ethos Hybrid Rinseless is launching today!! Will you be doing a review?
Yes I will. I was supposed to be on the list to be able to purchase it when it came out, but never got a message. They've had the instructions up on a blog post for about a month now and I was patiently waiting.
Basically resembles Labocosmetica Idrosave since leaves some protection

@@trifin5772 a sealant is protection and we see it with water behavior increased on a non ceramic coated vehicle as well as a ceramic coated one

May give it a shot. Can't be too terribly expensive. Not going to buy the Griots as I think that's the outrageously priced one.
Man what happened to your sponge
Labocosmetica happened. lol
@TheOutdoorDetailer if you put it in Hero or DIY, would the staining disappear?
No, I soaked it in APC as well. Just spread the staining. No big deal. I was upset at first but now I just make it a joke.
