RIP to the man, went there yesterday for the 1st time. Serious cliffs... freedom to mess up was appreciated though.. A lot of signs said how dangerous it is. Keep it open and free but put memorials for those that died there to further push the point.

Maybe the rangers at Palouse Falls SHOULD make a law about not approaching cliff-side. How's that for an idea??? Make a plan, put it into action so NO MORE LIVES ARE LOST HERE!!!!!!

No need for more laws! Cripes, common sense is all one needs. Darwinism will sort out the unworthy.

      1) Rangers aren’t your congressmen, laws don’t work like that. 2) Rangers aren’t your babysitters... you’re in the outdoors and there were PLENTY of clear signs. Your life is 100% your responsibility. 3) People can’t even comprehend a COVID mask mandate, you actually think people will be cool with a law stating where they can and can’t step outdoors? 4) Laws won’t prevent people from being idiots.

I built the radio system for the park. You just can't make enough laws to stop stupid people. There is only so much fencing that can be installed. Besides, even if you made a law, you have to pay someone to be there watching everyone in order to enforce the law.

@@rreidnauer an old friend of mine, Noble Stoneman, is one of the men that fell to their death at this park. Don’t ever call someone’s life unworthy. Disrespectful and unnecessary.

@@tommahon4067 then I say pay someone to enforce such a law. Plenty of jobs are needed right now!
