    𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘺 𝘐 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘴𝘦 𝘴𝘰 𝘮𝘶𝘤𝘩:⁣⁣
    ⁣⁣
    -Most cost effective for my fam of 5 (have grocery bills gone up or is it just me? 😬)⁣⁣
    ✨𝐌𝐚𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐬𝐲𝐫𝐮𝐩 is a great natural way to sweeten our baked goods and foods (I use half or less of the asked amount, it's high in antioxidants, nutrients, and has a lower impact on blood sugars/insulin)⁣⁣
    ✨𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐚 is just my fave for its nutty flavour but also how jam packed it is with nutrients, fiber and protein (1 cup = 8 g!)⁣⁣
    ✨𝗪𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐞 is not only high in antioxidants (10x's or more than white rice!), but is phosphorus rich which is good for the bones and is high in magnesium (important for mood, energy, muscle, heart, nerve health etc)⁣⁣
    ✨𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐚 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬 is one of my fave superfoods and you can put it on just about anything PLUS you can make a pudding with it (um...yes!), its good for the gut, cholesterol and blood sugar balance and so.much.more.⁣⁣
