- In this video I talk about recent research showing 4 key guidelines that we know are related to at least 18% of all cancers and can help reduce recurrence risks. The shocking part is the study found only 4% of cancer survivors are following these guidelines after treatments.
Find out what these 4 prevention actions are and why such a small number of cancer survivors are actually taking action and still creating a gap for cancer survivors! (Source: PMID: 38635238)

I love ❤ when you say moving from active treatment to a healthier version of you (instead of survivorship). I can't stand the survivorship word. Thank you! ❤
@@TheBubbleBia aww I get it and I’m so glad I didn’t say survivorship. I sometimes use it only because I think others understand what stage we mean by that but it sounds so…boring. I’m looking for more.😎😉
I have no problems getting the recommended amout of excercise, but getting enough of the veggies and fruit is a challenge. After my hysterectomy, my appetite went way down. I have not had a drink in Months, that no problem. I have been having a salad a day for years, and just getting tired of it.
Hi there! Totally get it! It can be challenging! When we work on it with my patients/clients we look at ways to include it in normal dishes ie like adding cauliflower rice into ground turkey for taco fillings. If you check my links there’s a website link and under Resources you can access a couple of recipe booklets from our FTM recovery program for free. Hope that helps!❤️
Great to know.🥰🙏
I’m glad it’s helpful! ❤️

Good question! The Canadian recommendations are 0-2 per week but less is always more when possible with alcohol.
