If I purchased a VIP ticket that comes with a "numbered, stamped, and signed" Wind and Truth book, is there any reason to camp out Wednesday night to get my copy numbered? I'm not sure what or if there is a difference. Also, how early do people start lining up for the release event? I was hoping to get a good seat but I'm not sure how early I should line up..... Thanks for all this great information!
If you want a really low number. You're guaranteed a numbered edition but it'll be over 1000. Brandon has said that the earliest people are allowed to line up is 4 AM otherwise the city gets upset.

The line on Wednesday is just for book numbers 1-1000. 1001+ will be handed out when the books are on Thursday night so if you have the book included in your ticket it will be signed and numbered no matter what 😊 For the release event people will start lining up between 5 and 7, but where you're VIP they'll let you in early and I believe you'll have your own line
I have one question, since I am travelling from Spain. Is there a place inside the convention where you can leave your winter coat? I am planning to go as a Mistborn, and with only the cosplay I am sure I will be cold outside even if I wear thermal clothing underneath. The thing is I don't want to carry the heavy winter coat everywhere so I want to take if off as I enter the convention. Thanks!
@@DJBTV1 I've heard rumors of a coat check type service but I've never personally seen or used it so I can't confirm unfortunately. The entire con is indoors so only travel to and from will be outside if that helps at all? Glad to have you from Spain! Hope your trip to Utah is fantastic!
@@shaemarineau they did last year, including stuff like the Tress cup and Mistborn Christmas sweater. Everything did eventually make it's way on to the online store after the con 😊

In the faqs it saids you can pick up badges Wednesday the 4th evening or Thursday the 5th at 9:00am

@@Diphendara good question! The convention center does offer limited free wifi (I believe in one hour increments) and a paid daily wifi
