Now what if she wasnt in transition but had a medical disorder that caused her to fall asleep? If anything he should have pulled her to the bench and privately asked her what has her so tired especially since she wasn't sent there for behavior issues but to learn about the court system on her summer break. Compassion goes further than being a bully to a teenager. Now whatever valuable things he may have mentioned before she fell asleep is completely overshadowed by this trash.

Yeah, no. This behavior is completely inappropriate for someone in a position of authority.
Cuffing an innocent civilian (a minor nonetheless) who has not been convicted of a crime and placing them in a prison jumpsuit as though they were a criminal. Unbelievable.
That is a massive overreaction to falling asleep, which does not constitute a crime.
This man needs to be relieved of his duties, effective immediately. As he has demonstrated himself to have a power trip and God complex.
Abuse of power in the legal system against innocent civilians. Not surprising, but still disgusting.

Does ANYONE think it "POSSIBLY" could have been a set up between mom and daughter, especially since they say they were homeless? 1. Stranger things have happened. 2. People do plan crimes ahead of doing it. 3. The mom and daughter were homeless they said. 4. If she knew anything about the judge's temperament, the mother "could" have told the daughter what to do. None of us know, because we were not there. I've seen stranger things happen.
