It is, I've been seeing it on reddit. I ordered my cages 6 weeks ago so its making me a little nervous after seeing peoples experiences about the wait times and the company dodging the customers. Everyone doesn't deny the cages are great if you can get it though. I ordered power coated so the wait time is 12 weeks, but I haven't had a update on my order yet and it just says "order is placed" still. If they start dodging me I'll give updates, but give them a chance to meet their deadline.
They are making money on Powdercoat. Plain and simple otherwise they wouldn’t offer it. So many other good companies like Cocks cages, FMS, Atown, or kevtek. I wouldn’t give impakturds my money. Overpriced bs
Still not wrong by saying they are way cheaper to get it done there , powder coating isent the business they are In just something they offer there bread and butter is the cnc machining
