It is made on purpose that the guy talks fast, it forces you to have your maximum concentration on his words and it eliminates the possibility of random day thoughts coming in, later it slows down a bit. It is also really good that he focuses on senses other than sight like touch and smell. For me, it was a really good meditation :)

at first i was dissuaded by the comments saying pace was too fast or that music was too loud, but i'll give it a try :) i usually have a pretty wild monkey mind so this should be perfect haha

The sound is louder than the voice that's why it was giving me tension of understanding it also I couldn't find the time to take 10 deep breaths & every visualization I missed but thanks for this effort.

The more times I’ve done this meditation, the more I’ve understood it like he mentioned. I have also noticed its become more natural for me to follow through with my ideas , the ones that are more efficient, take less time and more impactful for my business. Amazing ! I’m going to keep at this !

I don't understand why some are complaining about this meditation video. I feel that you all are ungrateful and need to enjoy nature more, lol. He is not talking fast. WTF, lol? I love nature and it is beautiful and I enjoy meditating. Thanks for posting this video. What a great video! Bravo! (My mom would say...if you have nothing nice to say then don't say it.) Good luck, guys. The time for me on my iPad is 8:08 = Manifesting with divine source...love it! 🙌

This was my first guided meditation. It was really really good. I could visualize everything so clearly. The boat, the water, the island, the temple, etc. I want to paint this scene so badly but I'm not good at drawing landscapes and scenery. The only thing I didn't like was going downstairs because I automatically thought "dark, scary" but then I added (in my mind) lights, a rug, a bookcase, a chair, and a window. Anyway, it felt like I was actually there! Also I don't know why people are saying he is talking too fast. He was saying things as you are supposed to see them. It's supposed to help your creativity. He wants you to be able to visualize everything as you travel.

Before I listened to this, I literally spent like 2 hours in front of my laptop, trying to come up with the first sentence of my research paper and couldn't. It came to me right after I finished this. I don't know if what I needed was a mental break or if this really worked, but thank you!

It was good and relaxing. No remarks to talk about. Persistant use of this technique will help us to do better in our lives. These words are not spoken fast. These are the things that are said to our subconscious mind. Our Objective mind don't understand it cannot process for the first time. In order to make this work atleast try doing this whole week and you start seeing the results. It worked perfect for me. Nothing wrong with the music or the voice or the frequency.

I really liked this meditation! It’s different than a lot of others in that it’s an Alpha Technique. I’m thinking that everything in it is intentional, the pace etc. I found it to be a very interesting way to get into an awake-feeling (alpha brain wave) creative state. With regards to other comments saying it invoked fear, I had a little bit come up at one point, but it was coming from me, and I figured it was symbolic of my own fear of entering my subconscious for writing. Yes it moves swiftly, but I think that’s the point. Just get there and don’t overthink. And to me all his chattering ☺️ was meant to be there. I get more from what he says each time I listen. Really really good!!! 👍

Anyway I wasn’t able to stay peaceful, but that might just be my fault.

I don't know if it was deliberate but I found the voice too quiet because at times the music almost drowned him out. I also agree the instruction was very fast. However, on a more positive note it did bring to mind a certain project I tried many years ago that I had given up on completely, and forgotten about... hmm will look back into trying that project again.

The fast pace of speech is intentional. The purpose of it is so that you focus your thoughts entirely on the voice of the speaker and what he's saying and absolutely nothing. Listen, don't think. You're here because you're trying to get rid of those intrusive thoughts not so that you can focus on them.

I really want to like this one as I enjoy many of the Mindvalley meditations and materials. Unfortunately whoever wrote this did not do their practical, fact-checking homework. In the metaphor of the wooden boat that one guides on the lake: Said boat must be either a canoe/kayak, which is paddled using paddles, or a row boat, which is rowed using oars. The physical motions, the tools, and the two crafts themselves are quite different. This is a silly mistake which could easily have been fixed were the script either fact checked or written by someone Who had actually been on the water in one of these boats. It’s a minor thing, and I suppose if you don’t canoe or boat for pleasure it might not bug you. But it bothers me, because it is inaccurate.

If I were supposed to be in a boat with the water crashing on the side then why this music. And after the water crashes on the side of the boat in my mind he then says the water is smooth so how could I hear the sound of the water. House turns into a temple? Why is the path winding. He was describing a dock not a jetty. You don't tie boats around poles. And doors do not open outward

I am hard of hearing and the “background” sounds were distracting. Unfortunately, could not continue.

A bit fast. He needs to slow down as the session progresses. Almost as if he is just reading a script written by someone else.

Feel bad commenting negatively but woahhhh this isn’t relaxing at all. Too much to focus on while his voice speaks way too fast to even do so.
