I’m generally in the gym before work with a limited window to get my workout in, get home and walk my dog, and get ready for work. Would it be crazy to go down to 200?
I wouldn’t say it would be crazy. I just don’t want to go below 215 personally. I think going below that would be too small for me.
I lost 80lbs since February. Just drinking water and eating once a day. I need to get to 300 for a hip replacement. I’m 345 now
