TOO perfectly timed. Today in the morning I had a meditation session with a friend. And after the session, we were looking deeply in to each others eyes and she told me that she saw many faces. Which I know already. And I explained to her how these are different aspects of me. Different reincarnations as well, and that we channel and share information, wisdom and knowledge with each other. We are the nerve endings of the universe, and the higher self the mind of the universe. The mind sends out intentions for experience, we experience them, and then our thoughts and feelings, which are calibrated by our higher self, report back to the higher mind so that it can grow. That just intuitively seems true to me.
Could this be why my hands and feet routinely pulsate with intense electrical charge. Often I am unable to touch anything. They just radiate and pulsate. I think they call this neuropathy. I wonder now……..

I had my life heakth completely collapse to point I am unable to care for myself or walk more than 10steos at once and not many times in a day. I have old head injury vestibular inner ear damage so recovering is SO impossible plus I got ulcerative colitis. So what the heck? I was going to have a simple nice writers gardeners life then this? With everything gone have to fly 3000mi home in this state. Why? Why did it get this bad? I know it was my childhood fears but ok why SO bad? When we see someone deeply for who they are, you can see the angels who protect them. Bringing coherency between all of our pieces makes much more sense than trying to "unify" them. It helps me accept duality much better and accept that everything is spirit. No thing is better than another thing. No experience is of lesser value than another. It's about integration and acceptance rather than elevation and purification. I felt earlier in the week my awareness of my emotional body come on line, it felt like a golden hologram of sand, like I could see the pixels with my mind’s eye, and I felt warmth and glowy waves radiate around me. I really don't understand or resonate with the term false light, but I interpret it as the mind with its fears and judgments, basically any separation from love. For me the term false light is equal to a closed heart. Thank you for elevating us to help our Spirit guides. I believe to open the heart is the greatest action you can do on Earth to integrate/unify/embody the various Spirit levels into form.
There is an entire video she made about what she means by the false light. So the understanding can be done. With topics as these, using words and phrases is always challenging. Some people say god, others the universe. Then there's words such as spirit and soul, and in different religions they have different words for those as well. I can imagine some of these words can also mean different things depending on culture and religion. We try our best to communicate in the most comprehensive ways ❤️

I felt earlier in the week my awareness of my emotional body come on line, it felt like a golden hologram of sand, like I could see the pixels with my mind’s eye, and I felt warmth and glowy waves radiate around me. The whole occurrence itself probably lasted half a second but the residual was enough for my 3D self to chew on and comprehend. And now I see this!! what a fun download moment. Thanks for the teamwork girl

I really don't understand or resonate with the term false light, but I interpret it as the mind with its fears and judgments, basically any separation from love. For me the term false light is equal to a closed heart. Thank you for elevating us to help our Spirit guides. I believe to open the heart is the greatest action you can do on Earth to integrate/unify/embody the various Spirit levels into form.

There is an entire video she made about what she means by the false light. So the understanding can be done. With topics as these, using words and phrases is always challenging. Some people say god, others the universe. Then there's words such as spirit and soul, and in different religions they have different words for those as well. I can imagine some of these words can also mean different things depending on culture and religion. We try our best to communicate in the most comprehensive ways ❤️
