Haven’t kept up with the game showcases for a long while, crazy that companies still just coming with cgi trailers.
Hasn’t it been a couple years since that elder scrolls six “teaser” that’s wild.

I feel like it's always good to have an even mix especially with game trailers. I don't want a full cinamatic trailer and I don't want to be show the game if their isn't even any gameplay because what's the point? I will admit tht graphics do help a lot in selling games but if your only showing graphics that's basically a movie trailer lol.
I also don't like when games don't have release dates. I feel like there's more hype if it does cause then fans are counting down the days until they can buy the game where as a game with no date (like kingdom hearts 4) the hype will die down quicker because people don't know what to expect. Even if they wanna start hype but can't get an exact date that at least the year should be included because this creates a sense of foreseeable expectation.

@@stevenpayteniii7321 completely agree. A mixture of cinematic goodness and gameplay is a perfect blend to sell a game. All my favourite trailers have masterful compositions of both.
A great point about release dates! Thanks for leaving a comment 😀
