Kant highlighted the necessity of transforming the bottom 50% of India’s population, who primarily rely on agriculture and welfare schemes, to achieve sustainable growth. He underscored improving education, health, and nutritional outcomes, particularly in states like Bihar, Jharkhand, and Rajasthan, as key to reaching India's goal of becoming a $10 trillion economy by 2047.
