Thank u so much ! I just started a routine and needed to work out my back today and realized I had no clue how lol, thank you ! Here’s hoping I get wide as hell from this 😂
Thanks for stopping by to watch this one! I’m glad you enjoyed it! It’s so surprising how challenging these kb exercises can be for the muscle groups especially the back!
Thanks for stopping by to watch! It really depends on what stage of the healing you’re in. For some that are acute and have a lot of pain sometimes just deep diaphragmatic breathing and simple isometric core training can be very helpful. For others who have less pain and better tolerance to exercise I really like birddogs, side planks, and focusing on improving hip flexibility! Hope that helps!
@@deepb249 yes I do! For acute back pain I would start with this one! th-cam.com/video/LkNTLuwYbH8/w-d-xo.htmlsi=PVdHTF5ekhGQyMkQ And for more advanced you can start implementing some of these from this video! th-cam.com/video/_goiY433D6E/w-d-xo.htmlsi=ArBHJabjIvImp9wI hope this is helpful!
