Cycling is really fun, I got a nice road bike a few weeks ago to cross-train for injury recovery/prevention and I'm loving it. I wonder if Sage is using a compact crankset.
+Vo2maxProductions Hey Sage, what are your thoughts on a lot of studies/articles about how long endurance running is actually bad for your body and heart? I don't know what to believe anymore lol
From boulder to D enver now ? A bike path.? I lived in boulder from 98 until about 2008. I knew all the trails like the back of my hand. I can't believe there is a bike path from boulder to D enver now.
I am going to pretend that this entire paved trail is only 2 miles long so I don't look into moving there. Actually, the winters alone should keep me from looking into it. One can wear shorts and short sleeves shirts all the way to Thanksgiving here in Dallas.
The bike path pretty much ends at Lowell. You can ride Lowell all the way into Denver if you don't mind a little traffic. For paths, Lowell also intersects with the Clear Creek bike trail which runs into the Platte River trail. Then you can take the Platte River trail into downtown Denver.
hate to be a stickler sage, but now that you're a road cyclist - time to look like one. take off the visor off your helmet and get yourself a cycling cap haha

Amazing bike path, that looked enjoyable.
Nice ride, thanks for sharing Sage 💪

Wow! you made it all the way to the Flatiron Mall. Nice!
You said it, FUN! Wished most cyclists smiled as much.
40 mph on what looked like a flat road!? Impressed!
For the record it was actually a big downhill...
+Vo2maxProductions LOL. That makes more sense.

I take my ebike on that, not sure if eBikes allowed on all of it but love it!
Nice ride. Do you also run on this bike path? Looks painful with so much concrete.
Mixing a little cycling with the run training?? Smart move!!!! :)
I went on my first ride in a long time today too. What a coincidence.
lol

It doesn't really go to Denver, just Westminster.

I really need to move there.

What bike does Sage use?
road bike
I have never been to Boulder
Im cycling from Denver to Boulder tomorrow.
@@corvezburke8532 when did the bike path from boulder to D enver get put in?
you should get a mountain bike too
Only 7 miles, even though it looks vast.
Get a tough XC bike and do the Leadville 100 MTB Race.
Should show the rest of the route to Denver - would like to see which choices you made from Lowell Blvd in Westminster.

Great footage but the music not so much .....
Sunglasses on the inside side of the helmet straps ... Obey the rules of cycling!
I had no idea!
Outside of the straps ahahahahaha
