      OLED currently. Had QLED for years beforehand. It really boils down to which one you can live with, backlight bleed or burn-in.

    I grabbed a 65” CX over Super Bowl weekend. The folks at Best Buy sold me a Sanus mount, but it doesn’t fit the back at all. So glad to have found this video. Ordered the mount from the link in hopes to remove any guesswork. Video is much appreciated.

    Just got the 65" LG C1 - WOW - Awesome TV - but that stand it comes with - Oh boy is janky!. It replaced a 14 Y/O 52" Panasonic plasma - Now that had a great table mount - Wasn't going anywhere - actually had a cat jump on top of the TV. If they do that with the LG stand its going over! So first thing I'm doing is replacing that mount with a wall mount - just bought this wall mount from Costco. Will be following your advice to get it on the wall - Great video thanks.

      I had that for a 65"... a 48 will be pretty small compared to the mount, though it is fluid and premium.... it is a large arm mount. You can even get away with a smaller arm like the ones I show in my tv mount video... check that out.

    I was reading about difference in single vs dual, most find single arm easier to work with.

    Great vid! I just mounted a 65 inch CX in my apartment all by myself and lifting it had to be one of the dumbest things I’ve ever done. It’s not that it’s all that heavy, but it’s so awkward. The way the weight is dispersed, along with the razor-like thinness of the display, it felt so fragile. I just couldn’t wait to get that thing on the wall lol

    • @iR3J3CT_
      @iR3J3CT_ 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I would suggest below, especially if youre doing power. The mount allows the tv to stay out maybe 5 to 6 inches when pushed flush, but the spacing between the bracket and arms is much less..
      Plus its usually better to put it under for accessibility. Hope that helps bud, good luck 👍

I currently have the older Samsung s8000 the model just before the 4ks and it fits on a standard mounting bracket on my current TV cart. I am wondering if I need to buy a new tv cart to make mounting the LG TV upgrade work??

I know the CX has a big Component back, how many inch is it off the wall for you? That’s a CX you wall mounted. I do know with the arms of the wall mount it isn’t going to be flush, just wanted to know to Compare to my Current television. Your video on the CX was right why make suck a thin tv. When you have to have a Thick components back.

    Does this mount have any sag downwards? I feel like I see it some on the video and I know this type of extending mount is prone to sagging down., but not sure if it's really doing it or it's just my imagination. Does the mount have anything that can be adjusted to compensate for sag?

      @@jasonlinscott9215 Turned out great! My 77 is so big I'd almost recommend the tilt option only instead of a full motion swivel. I'm happy with the slf226 full motion at 4" from the wall to the front of the screen. I like being able to get fully behind the tv if/when necessary. I wouldn't be able to do that with the tilt option only. btw, from my experience on this, if you do this yourself make sure you have a capable helper...the taller the better.
