Well, since Michael Jackson’s intention of Thriller is to sound like a greatest hits album, and this Hysteria is Hard Rock version of Thriller, then yes, Hysteria is indeed a greatest hits album
I absolutely love this song by DL. The music of today can NOT compare to the music from this generation. Look at how the music back then, everyone STILL LOVES to listen to til this day. The music from past several years, are nothing compared to the rock era of those times.
You got that right, pal!!! REAL MUSICIANS. REAL VOICES. KICKASS SHOWMANSHIP....and I am a PROUD Gen X who was alive and witnessed it all happen. I was at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix last year. Def Leppard were playing the post-race concert. They sounded just as good as they ever have and this song was a highlight.
How the hell does this not have way more than 1million views. Love The Leps. Rocking in a way that todays youth will never understand. Music's golden age. Rock on!
@@sassysunflowergirl1037 My favorite albums are Appetite for destruction, Hysteria, GNR Lies, Pyromania, Use your illusion 1 and 2 , High N Dry and On through the night, Andrenlize.
Just LOVE the way this song starts! Hits you with that guitar, drums and bass...instantly recognizable, powerful and melodic all at the same time. 30 years later...just as good as it was when it came out.
Well, Armageddon kicks ass too! Most of their music has that sound you hear rocking outside of a night-club... THAT is what turned me on to their sound.
Who can listen to the intro on repeat and not think that's the best shit in life? I remember I had drove 2500 miles to Oregon for a new job. This song came on when I was taking walks and seeing the beautiful landscape that is only Oregon. I felt the happiest I've been in a long time
Rip Steve thanks for your amazing Skills greatest music great rock band ever love it whoever is listening to this music in 2022 let’s keep this music alive ❤️❤️
I remember turning my volume of my audio cassette speakers louder at night time , and enjoying rocking and swinging my long hair all night long , rocking teenage years thank you def leppard
I played the tape of this on my ace ghetto blaster in Spain. Even the Spaniards on the beach started headbanging..eventually. Def Leppard always gets to you in the end even if you don't start off as a 'fan!'
I saw these guys live back in the day. It was my first rock concert and I was terrified someone was gong to inject me with drugs, lol. Well, let me tell you, they were bomb! They put on an amazing show. Bunch of encores. So much energy. Thanked the crowd (Montreal, QC, Canada) saying we were great. Everyone who worked at the venue was super nice. The fans were kind as well. Can't believe I was ever afraid. The people at the venue told me they put on a great show for their fans every time.
Actually, Steve wrote all of their songs. In fact, they all had songwriting contribution, but Steve did most of it throughout the 80s. But nowadays, yes, Joe does write most of the songs.
ok this band is what every band should be..loyal ! They kept a one armed drummer because he was their drummer and another big plus he aint handicapped he is great with only one.

Hubby (I love him soo much)❤️ has booked tickets for the Metro Radio Arena in Newcastle, 9th Dec. OMG I can't wait! I've never seen this band live before but have always loved them!
Nearly 40 years in, I am still learning the exact lyrics of all their songs. I have made up lyrics in my head based on what I think I heard. They are the hardest band to understand. I still love the music!
This is such one of my favorites in the world. To top it off we have a one handed man on the Drums. If your an 80s person you should remember why and he didn't ever give up for his love of music
The guitar riffs are electrifying and the chorus has me singing at the top of my lungs. This song always gets me pumped up and ready to take on the world. Rock on everyone 𓆩😎𓆪 🤘
I don't always listen to Def Leppard but when I do so does the whole neighborhood👍😎
Have any of them invited the police to listen

Crank up the Def Leppard to 11. It’s the only way to represent. 1980’s Roc-a-Rolla!
