      Drinking more water , started doing that and BOOM, headaches gone and more glowy skin ❤

      I started eating more after i got an ED. just like that i suddenly started feeling much more energised and your channel honestly has really helped me recover. i now use the 80-20 diet and have learned through experience. i am so happy relieved and proud to say i have a really healthy relationship with food now. thank you Anna x

    5 rules for grow lifestyle
    1. Move your body (realistic workouts)
    2. Stay hydrated (2-3 liters)
    3. Follow 80/20 eating rule (80% whole foods, 20% soul foods)
    4. Sleep enough
    5. Write it down
    - thoughts, feelings (journalling)
    - solutions
    - book about morning pages

      ​@@Oderoderuchtedas ist der momentane Zustand. War nicht immer so und wird sich auch wieder ändern, die Unachtsamkeit und Abschottung der Gefühle sind schutzmechanismen. Du weißt es gibt Experten, die haben das schon X mal gehört. Wenn du nichts ändern möchtest, dann Unterlass auch das "jammern" 🌻

      @@saraheddie6737 yes…so grocery things yes und then almost crying that 1/2 or so from that I can‘t afford and I want no spend over 10-11€ so 22€ for a week but sometimes it can be more and as long as I am not working it‘s not sure that all so I feel guilty. Letters? Yes maybe I am not aware GenZ, but I can‘t write a letter(!) I find it too difficult, some points and lists and charts I do good because I must have a schedule for all. Only gratitude things are going better even 1-2 daily

    Totally agree with you Anna, I gave up eating extremely low cab food and doing a lot of exercises everyday when it didn't work. I used that way to lose 10kg, then it stopped. I guess my body didn't accept that lifestyle. I started to eat 80/20 as you have been doing, and my body feels better, and I am happier. With your exercise videos, I became stronger. My friends have been saying I look more fit. Thank you Anna, You are amazing❤Can't wait for the 6 million fans video, I am ready to work with you.

    I'm a female climber and I want to say your speech is so true. I climbed and worked out a lot in the past but didn't have good planning for rest. Then I got a serious injury to my foot that lasted for years. I also got hurt in my biceps and fingers. The hurts taught me that rest and suitable training are very important. Everyone has a unique body and it needs a unique training schedule. Don't overcompete yourself to others. Just stay on your routine and don't give up, one day you will find that you are stronger than you think :D

    There was an episode of Full House when I was younger where the oldest daughter wanted to workout and diet so she could look skinny and pretty like other beautiful girls. I loved that all 3 dad's were so distraught that she was going about her healthy lifestyle the wrong way and they gave her a talk about how she's already beautiful and if she wants to diet/workout she should do it in moderation the right way. That episode really touched me as a kid :)

    I want to share with my mistake. All my childhood I used to be a chubby girl and dreamt about being skinny. I've been reapiting to myself "When I grow I become beutiaful". Now I am slim however in my mind I am still overwheith. So first in first we should work with our mentality. In another way we would never like ourselves and it's gonna be finished with eating disorder.

    Hey Anna, I could already tell from your face that something had happened to you, but when you said you were angry with the camera, laptop, ... I thought "Aha, now I know something had happened". Good choice to do it again. I bought your water bottle in both colors, the gray one I keep in my car to stay hydrated and the beige one I take with me everywhere, from home to the store or to family visits.
    My big difference in my healthy life:
    Believe in yourself that you can do it, patience is also a nice explanation. Don't feel insecure, as Anna says in this podcast, everyone is built differently, their lifestyle is also different, and don't copy the lifestyle of others, create your unique and appropriate lifestyle that suits you.

    You were referring to the "pareto principle" by saying you are not meaning that 80/20 time management rule. However, actually I believe the pareto principle is also applicable for the food topic, as it says to achieve 100 % you need to invest so much more for the last 20 %. If you focus on 80 % of clean & healthy eating and allow yourself 20 % of soul food, it relaxes and destresses your life a lot ;)

    I really wanna ask you this question and I hope that you would answer. I'm trying to transform my body, I'm following a really healthy diet which's given to me by a doctor. I wanted a lot of tips about it until I found your channel, your videos really motivated me and your videos made me wanna workout for an hour each day (sometimes just half an hour, I'm trying my best to not be harsh or on myself) I've also changed the way of my eating, and I'm working out everyday, now I'm eating really healthy, and I'm grateful for that, but my question is... Is it okay to have just one open day in the week... Like my doctor said that having an open day is okay, but I'm still not sure is it okay eat a fast food meal at lunch at that day and is it okay to have an ice cream or cake instead of having a healthy snack please I wanna know your opinion in this case because I'm sorta worried about it.
