Having now heard Neil Lennon, one of the better pundits, refer to "NO INTENT" - too many people have forgotten that "intent" was removed from Law 12 many years ago. (The handball Law has been through so many changes recently, it must confuse everyone. It certainly confuses me.)

a player is it on the hand/arm by the ball from a team mate kick /header this is not handball unless the ball goes directly into the opponents goal or the player scores immediately afterwards in which case a direct free kick is awarded to the other team ,this is the rule not a opinion you can't referee games on opinions they know the rules or do they ❓
Celtic have ramped up the number of crosses in recent games. So they need to take positive advantage of VAR. They have a player who can head the ball and a very direct winger. Yang needs to attack the penalty box with confidence to heep pressure on defences and whip in crosses for Idah to attack. Goals or penalties will come.
Var still often comes down to a matter of opinion. But basically Coaches, Managers, Players, & Pundits, have not come to terms with the many changes to The Laws about fouls and handball that have been implemented in the past few years. It is not because the average Referee has never played the game at the top level. Referees in a VAR environment will still make "mistakes" according to some, but rarely to IFAB who have changed far too many Laws in far too short a period.
Rodgers might be ok at Scottish football but not in Europe and if he can't do this why encourage him we Lennon got the best out of his team in Europe being a Celtic fan I can not get round why we brought this nugget back

We need to vote to remove VAR. Since Don Robertson took charge in the 4-3 game at Tynecastle he's no better and neither is VAR. It is monotonous, soul sapping stuff! It's an abomination I can't stand what it's done to our game. Lets remove it!
