North Macedonia came out of absolutely nowhere! For such a small country, with a really poor track record, to be ahead of all these powerhouses like Sweden, Australia, Russia, Italy and Azerbaijan must've been absolutely amazing for them. Even though their televote score was pretty average, it still meant they got their best ever result! Congrats to them!
And of course, congrats to The Netherlands on winning! First time in 44 years!

Ι miss so much those dialogues where Zack used to say "Now you are stuck with us (Zack and David)" when Matt and Sean were leaving. I can't wait for these endless rehearsals with Zack and David in the Netherlands (even though I know that Zack won''t be there...)
Why is everyone soo upset about Italy? They didn't get robbed by the jury at all. They got 4th place and that's really good. They finished second, just because they didn't win doesn't mean they got robbed. Competition was just really hard this year. Spain got robbed btw. Did not deserve that place. I'm so happy for Duncan.
C TH Italian here. Not mad at all, it was ridiculous for me. I would’ve never imagined that we would bring home the best result since our return. I don’t think any country was so close to win since the 2000s.
I mean, 27 points is nothing! It was crazy really.
I preferred Duncan over Mahmood but that’s just my taste.
Maybe someday we’ll win. Don’t think next year tho. But someday.
If there’s something to be mad about is Sweden always going well with the jury even with meh entries.
Nothing against them really, but I think they always send safe entries and aren’t taking efforts anymore 🤷🏻♀️

I am so OVER THE MOON, well done Duncan! It was close and there was suspense and wow.. in the end it was between Netherlands and Sweden after all, with public votes making it a final win for my country... after 44 years!! wow wow wow. As you say, Duncan, as it is for you and many of us: it's always about the music first. That is how it should be. This year ESC -again, as in the past couple of years- had quite a few very good and interesting songs and performances. That gives me hope for the future of ESC
This is the first time ever that I was angry me with the juries. Either they were stoned, drunk or lost their senses. With all due respect N. Macedonia had a very good powerful song and the singer delivered it perfectly. Sweden had a very likeable song and again the singer made a great job out of it. But to prefer those 2 songs over Duncan's masterpiece is a joke and brings me to ask about the juries' credentials and how much they really are experts in music. Duncan's masterpiece and his delivery and no nonsense show was out of this world. I am so happy for you Netherlands. Duncan truly deserves his win. For me this song is the best by far from many other previous winners. Congratulations Netherlands. You should be truly proud of your Duncan.

Wow it was such a crazy voting for us Italians. Even though we low key knew Duncan would win it was such a tense voting 🙀

ESC bloggers has not giving Norway any attention, all they said is it is a boarderline qualifyer. All attention was given to Italy, Netherland, Sweden, Australia, Switzerland

North Macedonia is women empowerment done right. It's empowering women without putting down men. Israel was women empowerment by putting down men.

Loooool had to laugh & nod my head when David said " corrupt juries" & "How can I predict it" because even I managed to predict what country the juries were giving their points to also, well before they said it. Hearing the crowds in the arena yell "Cyprus" & "Greece" before these two announced their 12 jury points was classic. I'm the same with Sean & his UK jury comment, I too am not happy Australia gave their 12 jury points to EBU Christier Bjorkman & his merry band of "wink at the camera" cheesy singers. I know Zack loves conspiracy theories & one has been brewing in my head about Australia since 2017- I have an inkling that Australia's ongoing entry in ESC is on the previso they either 1) dont come higher than 5th place or 2)win. Thankfully it does not bother me though as I prefer Australia being able to join in the fun.

what was the discussion about what points Belarus gave? aggregate ? they forgot the jury what do you mean by that?
Belarus jury voting wasn't accepted, so it was randomized. I think...
The Belarussian jury got disqualified after the first semi final because they revealed some of their votes, which is against the rules. So the points the Belarussian spokesperson announced were just aggregated points, supposedly derived from the jury votes of some of the Belarussian neighbor countries. But rumor has it that the points were just randomly assigned to the countries that didn't have any chance at winning anyway so that the lack of a real Belarussian jury wouldn't have any impact on the possible winning songs.

No, not really. Came fourth with the juries (which is great! And I personally didn't expect that) and third with the public. They pretty much agreed.
