FYI white vinegar works great in the final rinse when washing clothes. It softens the clothes and removes excess soap suds from the fabric just in case you overused in the wash cycle

I make dyer sheets by mixing white vinegar with essential oil, dip discarded scraps of fabric in the mixture and toss in the dryer. Citrus scented oils are my favorite. 🍊🍋🍈

Barbara I have used vinegar in my rinse for years cheap and healthier than the perfumes and fats used to make fabric softeners
I also use vinegar in my hair as final rinse

It will relax any tension you have in your feet especially if you’re on your feet all day while you’re at it, soak your whole body in it it’s good for you. Just make sure you drink plenty of water because it will take the salt out of your body and dehydrate you. You can also as weird as it may sound put Vicks vapor rub on your feet on this help soften your feet then when you’re done, put a pair of socks on preferably overnight and then it will also help keep your sinuses open.

Great idea and I will try this. I use dishwasher salt in tepid water and soak for about 20-30 mins. You don't need to use a pumice stone, simply rub your feet together and the layers of dead skin fall off, I have never used it for longer than 30 mins as you want some skin left :). I got a 90 yo woman who had thick cracks with huge calluses all over her feet from years of wearing ill-fitting shoes. She was amazed at the results after 3 30 min sessions. She has never had any issues with her feet since.

Hi from New Zealand.. ACV is a must in my home..also we have a dog and I have been spraying his coat up to x2-3 times weekly for about 3 years now with half water and half ACV spray bottle, and he hasn't needed any vet bought flea treatment at all in that time.. It also helped if he started that "doggie smell"..ACV spray takes the smell away in about 10 mins from spraying him...
Am having issues with my feet and hadn't thought of that , ( will def look at starting the soak) I read online were a woman oin states shared her hubby was having fungus issues on feet, she soaked organic corn/maize flour in water , left it for about an hour then got hubby to soak his feet for about 20 mins, the flour thickens up with the "wild yeast" and the yeast seems to feed on the feet bugs..... I have been doing that also but not regularly, I did some research on the Corn flour and vitamin A
"Yellow corn contains three carotenoids: alpha-carotene, beta-carotene
and beta-cryptoxanthin. All three are provitamin A carotenoids, which
means they're converted into retinol. This form of vitamin A is
essential for normal vision and a healthy immune system. "
I may start using both per week turnabout , as a comment below made sense to change the program to stop the virus /bug from adapting .. great advise ..
thanks for your video really appreciated..

Love a good foot soak. Since you’re on the subject I’m gonna give a little two cents...lol...if you get plantar fasciitis and the docs wanna do surgery...DONT DO IT!!!! STICK TO THE EXERCISES!!! I know the exercises don’t help much right away but be persistent and suck it up!!! Seriously. I had the surgery...WORST mistake of my life. It literally reshaped my entire gate and helped cause some of my now 7 spinal surgeries! Just thought I’d share. Of course...yesssss your experience could be different and by all means...do you! This is true. I had a podiatrist remove a wart surgically and it required a lot of care post surgery and the scaring isn’t fun either. Apple Cider vinegar is the absolute best remedy and it really works. It takes a while though. Important: The treatment seems to work within a week or two but don’t stop. Keep it up for at least a month (for warts or toe fungus).

I loved the poems... they were really cute!!
Many years ago (about 27 years), when my son was about 7 years old, he told his grandpa that he had to write a poem for his homework assignment and didn't really know how to write a poem. So my dad, being the jokester that he was, told him the shortest poem ever ... it was called "Fleas" and the words to the poem ... there were only 3!!
    "Adam had 'em"
So my son turned that in for his homework assignment. He got a bad grade and told his Grandpa that he got him in trouble at school! My dad never expected he would actually turn that in for his assignment... kids do the funniest things, but they make great true stories to share later in their lives!!! 😊😊😊😊

For many years I suffered from cracked heels. I've found that soaking my feet in regular white vinegar about twice a year totally eliminates the problem. I soak each foot for about a half hour and then rub with a rough towel. I might repeat the soaking/rubbing twice a night for two nights in a row if that's what it takes to remove all the hardened skin. Sometimes a single soak is sufficient.
And vinegar works great on athlete's foot. Don't wear the same pair of shoes day after day if you can avoid it. The fungus can live in the shoes and reinfect. If you have to wear the same pair try spraying the inside with vinegar and letting them dry overnight or using an antifungal powder. For you feet I suspect vinegar is better because it is going to get into the little cracks and crevices a powder might not reach.

I have a large rubber feeder in my bathroom for soaking my feet in Epsom salt and warm water. I add essential oils to it. During cold and flu season, I add oregano and eucalyptus. I had a serious ankle fracture over thirty years ago. When I was discharged from physical therapy for it, I was given four exercises to do for it and told that I would pretty much need to keep up with them for life. When I soak my feet about three to four times a week, I use my big toes to write out the alphabet and then I use my heel to write them out. The other is to roll my feet over a racquetball or tennis ball in the water. The last one is to stand on one foot for about 30 to 45 seconds with my eyes closed. It strengthens all the little ligaments and tendons in your foot and ankle. (I do this after brushing my teeth, not soaking.) I’ve never tried using ACV. I will have to try that. When you walk into my bathroom, I guess it looks funny to see a big rubber livestock feeder hanging on the wall. Lol! P.s. love the poems, especially the acrostic one. Please keep sharing them.

Epsom salt is or contains salt. So presumably your skin can soak up some of the salt from Epsom salt. So if a person is avoiding salt because of high BP or other health issues, you may want to find out how much salt vould be absorbed into you body when you use Epsom salt.

Remember watching this the first time. Since then, both me and the chickens drink raw apple cider vinegar in our water. I sometimes put a couple of lemon slices in mine. Tastes great. Keeps the chickens 😊!! May just now have to foot bath. Regards Stephen.

I just found this video and subbed. My wife just had to have a toenail removed and the Dr told her to soak in warm vinegar water. She noticed the dead skin coming off and told me because I mostly run around barefoot. I took to mixing Epsom salt with the vinegar water and it is amazing! On a side note, I have been home after fighting Legionnaires disease and this past week been outside a lot doing work I fell behind on. A little at a time with frequent breaks to get my stamina back. I also ordered 15 yards of woodchips for my gardens. The entire week through weedeating, mowing, and moving woodchips I was barefoot. Just something about bare feet and contact with grass and soil that makes the world seem right. I had to sit on the back deck soaking my feet in vinegar water and Epsom salt because they in the words of my wife "Your feet look like alien feet because they are so green and dirty, and you will not go traipsing all over my clean floors like that" I used a callus razor after that and massaged olive oil in, felt so nice!

Foot soaks are so relaxing and healing! I actually did a lesson in Sunday School at Voyage Church in Fountain Valley, CA, teaching the lesson on Jesus washing the feet of his disciples. One little girl was thrilled to have her Daddy come in and wash his feet for him. What a blessing that was and a great lesson too! Thank you for sharing those awesome Poems! God bless yous!

Using our homemade ACV for everything on our farm - in the goats & chicken’s water, our water, dressing, etc. But since this video popped up for me today, it’s a great reminder to give my feet a good soak while I watch TH-cam.

Thanks guys, I didn't realize ACV makes your skin soft. The reason I checked out your site is I had my big toenail removed because somebody dropped a heavyweight on it years ago at work but now I'm getting like a crust over the area where the nail was and if it softens it ,I can remove it. Happy trails. Peace.

Great video guys, I use Apple Cider Vinegar. I put two tbs of it in an eight once glass of water before I go to bed and it helps to clean your system out and helps you lose weight. Thanks for the video.

Raw ACV is amazing! Can't wait to try this idea. It's little wonder the early settler looked forward to seeing Johnny Appleseed comin' down the trail. It meant they could have ACV and cider! I already use ACV on my hair. My mother introduced that trick to me when I was a little girl, and that was a long time ago. Glad I found this channel. I just subscribed. Take care!

Great video, and yes apple cider vinegar is great for soaking your tired feet as is Epson salt. I like the taste of Bragg apple cider vinegar and take a tablespoon every morning. There are so many uses for apple cider vinegar and my wife uses it for cooking many different foods. Stay safe and Stacy I love your turquoise jewelry, I have a ring and cuff bracelet that are 40 years old and signed but never get worn.
