FYI white vinegar works great in the final rinse when washing clothes. It softens the clothes and removes excess soap suds from the fabric just in case you overused in the wash cycle
I make dyer sheets by mixing white vinegar with essential oil, dip discarded scraps of fabric in the mixture and toss in the dryer. Citrus scented oils are my favorite. 🍊🍋🍈
Barbara I have used vinegar in my rinse for years cheap and healthier than the perfumes and fats used to make fabric softeners I also use vinegar in my hair as final rinse Love it

Whoever is giving Doug and Stacey thumbs down must be so evil it is just scary. The information they have provided this global community is so valuable! Thank you so much, Doug and Stacey. You guys are awesome. God bless!
Really do not know why people still believe in modern medicines when there are herbs as the complete cure for herpes and many other STDs. God bless HERBALIST DOCTOR KINGSLEY on TH-cam for curing my herpes disease.
my granny soaked her feet every week! as a child I love watching her and she always made me my own little bowl for me...loved those moments..still do it today with Epsom salts and sometimes the vinegar...and now I'm showing my grandkids!!❤❤❤❤
Multiculturalism has never worked anywhere ever throughout recorded history. TH-cam banned it but look at Europa The Last Battle on bitechute... white people are less than 10% of the global population
I LOVE THIS VIDEO!!! MY GRANDMOTHER USED TO ALWAYS SAY ,"What ever you do DON'T RUIN YOUR FEET " IT IS VERY ESSENTIAL THAT YOU KEEP YOUR FEET WELL ! SO THANKS FOR THE INFO! 💕
For those that don't enjoy the smell of ACV, try adding some essential oils to your ACV soak, such as tea tree oil, frankincense or lavender. All of which have antibacterial & antifungal properties.
I paused the video and thought "yes, that's what's wrong with me lately. My feet hurt." Strange how we choose to block it out rather than find a solution and take care of ourselves. Now I'm soaking my feet in ACV and ready to watch the rest of the video. Thanks, Doug and Stacy!
I will try this on my feet and hair. I have cancer and pregnant after my tubes being tied for over 22 years. Zona Eastham 44 years old. Y'all are awesome.
My mom used to take each kid to soak feet once per week I never asked why but at age 66 I really appreciate her training when I was young so many things you channel keep me reminded of-thank you I live in a subdivide now and apply so much of your ideas it has helped me make my little bit of money stretch and my health is in good shape thanks to engaging in the old ways
This was the norm along with epsom salt. Feels so good. We did as well growing up. My Mom walked on her toes at home when bare foot to keep her calf muscles/leg muscles strong.
Glad I saw your video. I am a “mature” person still in the workplace and on my feet 8 hours a day. I just started to soak my feet in acv 2 days ago after work and what a difference it makes me feel so much better. Great information 👍
Any kind of natural surface, sand is great for exercise of the feet muscles but basically you release pent up energy into the earth. On man made floors energy just bounces back, so you don’t release stress or tension.
@@justinfisher5175 Because these people wear socks and shoes 24/7 and have no clue what the ground even feels like. To them, standing on a soft lawn actually hurts them. If they step on a pebble with barefeet, their entire week is ruined.
Please really comprehend the following two words: Magical Thinking. You have magical thinking going on, which is where for "reasons" unexplained and frankly irrational. You have made some sort of logic error. Where apparently you think there is a cause and effect from connecting your skin to the ground. I've been just amazed at irrational comment section comments. It's a major key to psychology I bet, how do these people function?
ACV has so many wonderful uses. I use it on my face, body, hair. I drink ACV everyday...I use it to clean with and I also give it to my chickens in their water to boost their immune system, it helps to break up mucus and it helps prevent respiratory infection. Great video 👍🏻
@Romans 3:4 how do you use it for cats? I have a semi-feral cat with lots of scabs on her and alopecia but I cannot imagine put vinegar onto open wounds? She is freaked of everyone so have not taken her to the vet, also because so many of them just do pharma answers for everything. Any advice you can steer me to would be most welcome, thanx
@Romans 3:4 thanx so much dunno what the condition is could be mange, could be ticks, mosquitoes or fleas. Here in florida we have them all in abundance!! My heart breaks for the critters out there all infested and once you let them in your heart they are closer than family, at least for me!
@Romans 3:4 thanx mine are semi-feral and don't like anyone but me and don't like civilized behavior ... after 6 yrs they are slightly acclimating ... the mother was smart enough to come inside during cold winter and have her babies in my closet!!! so then I had 6 cats, 2 my originals have passed and one of her kids disappeared last year. They are a trip, so special each one!
So many benifis of ACV!! I use it as hair conditioner! I sometimes put 1/4 cup in my bath, and Now I can add it as a foot soak. Great for bug bites and so many more, besides the internal benefits! Thanks for all your wisdome too!!
Just found this channel a few days ago, although I've been watching gardening, hydroponics, survival, and homesteading videos for a few years. Love your channel, and all of your efforts to share your knowledge and learning experiences. I did hear that the "old timers" used to soak their feet in mustard for health reasons (heart and blood flow, amongst others). Great content. Thank you, and God bless you both (AND all of the family here that support Doug and Stacy)! 🙏❤
I just found this channel 5 minutes ago I as well love them too. You can also soak your feet in Epson salt. It will relax any tension you have in your feet especially if you’re on your feet all day while you’re at it, soak your whole body in it it’s good for you. Just make sure you drink plenty of water because it will take the salt out of your body and dehydrate you. You can also as weird as it may sound put Vicks vapor rub on your feet on this help soften your feet then when you’re done, put a pair of socks on preferably overnight and then it will also help keep your sinuses open.
I also recommend the benefits of cold-pressed virgin coconut oil. So many great uses for this. One example: Oil-pull with a Tbsp. of coconut oil for 20 minutes every day and your gums, tongue and mouth will be healthy (and your heart will be healthier too), your breath will be pleasant, and your teeth white!
Dawn Baker these questions are for Doug and Stacy do you use solar power for the lights you use while your filming your videos? and how/where do you up load your videos? do u just use your computer for uploads? and what kind of printer do u use?
My feet have been feeling very stiff and achy. I just discovered you guys yesterday. I'm sitting here flexing my feet in a cider bath. Feels great so far. Excited to try some of your fermenting ideas as well as micro greens. Lots to explore yet. Keep on teaching its great stuff

THIS ACTUALLY WORKS PEOPLE!!! I HAVE WORN WORK BOOTS EVERY DAY FOR YEARS AND DEVELOPED ALL KINDS OF FOOT ISSUES. AFTER DOING THE ACV SOAK FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS MY FEET COMPLETELY CLEARED UP...AMAZING. THANKS FOR THE INFORMATION. KEEP DOING WHAT YOU'RE DOING. GOD BLESS 🙏 DAVID & TRACEY
Oh my goodness....just came across you video......I'm in my 60s, and have had issues with my feet most of my life....alot of these comments are spot on. When your feet hurt it causes a domino effect...first it's your feet, then your knees, next it's your hips finally your back. You get to where you feel like you've been hit by a train. I used to work retail for about 20 yrs, all of that standing at the register has made me having to use a walker now. Yep!.... I have everything you mentioned about foot issues. I hurt all of the time. I'm going to try your suggestions on the cider vinegar and foot exercises Thank you so much for the information. GOD BLESS !! Sheila in Az.
Applying ACV on toenail fungus 2x daily with a small paintbrush, once in the morning and once at night, gets rid of it within a few weeks, completely gone!
@@larrymeredith2346 ACV is apple cider vinegar. Remove as much of the fungus as possible with toe nail clippers without hurting yourself, then apply the ACV, saturate the nail itself + around the cuticle + under the nail where possible, be patient + vigilant for it will rid your toes of this fungus. Also, try to include a daily dose of a couple teaspoons of ACV mixed in with a beverage, it will rid your body of toxins.
perfect, my feet are the worst, dry, stiff and i think a wee bit of fungi, will be trying this out for sure, i do bathe in baking soda and epsum salt and do foot exercises while in the bath, but it doesn't seem to do much that lasts, anyway, thanks you two, very happy to have found your site, making fire cider atm, 3rd day in, God Bless
I soaked my feet in apple cider ginger warm water. Oh they got so soft, then I gave myself a pedicure. Thanks for all your helpful videos. Blessings of God to you!
My dad always said to always buy excellent quality shoes and beds. If you're not in one, you are in the other. He was a very smart, humorous, loving man and I miss him. 😢
Ahhh, i ran and filled my pot and started soaking as soon as you started talking about it. I don't know why I rarely think to do this, feels so good, tx for the reminder 👣🤗
I used to clean for a living so I never had to wear shoes when at work, so you guys got me counting my blessings for the occupation I had even More now - thank you. Yeah I could show up whenever as long as I wasn't under foot when they were home + feed my spirit w/radio & headphones on.
I do remodeling work. Like you, I enjoy the freedom and my radio shows. At 56 years old, I realize that nobody has job security or real benefits. I only feel benefits in my pocket.
I've been soaking my feet in Epsom salt for years. 30 some years standing on concrete working as a welder has taken it's toll. I'm going to try ACV soaks. Thanks so much. My friend Gail introduced me to your videos a few months back.
Great idea and I will try this. I use dishwasher salt in tepid water and soak for about 20-30 mins. You don't need to use a pumice stone, simply rub your feet together and the layers of dead skin fall off, I have never used it for longer than 30 mins as you want some skin left :). I got a 90 yo woman who had thick cracks with huge calluses all over her feet from years of wearing ill-fitting shoes. She was amazed at the results after 3 30 min sessions. She has never had any issues with her feet since.
Do this before bed, but finish off by massaging a good amount of castor oil into your feet. Put on a pair of cotton socks and go to bed. In the morning your feet will be soft and feel fantastic!
Oh, I could never ever sleep with my socks on. I hardly ever wear socks as it is. I hate tight clothing, including socks. Better to wear a good pair of sandals or nothing
great, I bought some organic castor and then forgot what I bought it to treat ... I know its supposed to help wound healing ... do you know, does the castor oil just provide a softening emollient or does it have other results?
Stacy & Doug, your video has made so much sense with my feet neuropathy, difficulty with balance, not to mention the apple cider use . Getting tired of Dr.s excusing it with aging Thank you
I am a newbie to the off grid life, you guy's seem so real and knowledge. I look forward to learning a new healthy way to finish my race here! Thanks for speaking truth! I love truth!
Hi from New Zealand.. ACV is a must in my home..also we have a dog and I have been spraying his coat up to x2-3 times weekly for about 3 years now with half water and half ACV spray bottle, and he hasn't needed any vet bought flea treatment at all in that time.. It also helped if he started that "doggie smell"..ACV spray takes the smell away in about 10 mins from spraying him... Am having issues with my feet and hadn't thought of that , ( will def look at starting the soak) I read online were a woman oin states shared her hubby was having fungus issues on feet, she soaked organic corn/maize flour in water , left it for about an hour then got hubby to soak his feet for about 20 mins, the flour thickens up with the "wild yeast" and the yeast seems to feed on the feet bugs..... I have been doing that also but not regularly, I did some research on the Corn flour and vitamin A "Yellow corn contains three carotenoids: alpha-carotene, beta-carotene and beta-cryptoxanthin. All three are provitamin A carotenoids, which means they're converted into retinol. This form of vitamin A is essential for normal vision and a healthy immune system. " I may start using both per week turnabout , as a comment below made sense to change the program to stop the virus /bug from adapting .. great advise .. thanks for your video really appreciated..
@@barbaralowe5487 You won't regret it... I probably should mention after spraying I back combed his coat to get it through his fur... also helps getting rid of excess old fur,....:)
Love a good foot soak. Since you’re on the subject I’m gonna give a little two cents...lol...if you get plantar fasciitis and the docs wanna do surgery...DONT DO IT!!!! STICK TO THE EXERCISES!!! I know the exercises don’t help much right away but be persistent and suck it up!!! Seriously. I had the surgery...WORST mistake of my life. It literally reshaped my entire gate and helped cause some of my now 7 spinal surgeries! Just thought I’d share. Of course...yesssss your experience could be different and by all means...do you! Just thought If I can help one person I would sure try! Blessings to all ~Lisa
This is true. I had a podiatrist remove a wart surgically and it required a lot of care post surgery and the scaring isn’t fun either. Apple Cider vinegar is the absolute best remedy and it really works. It takes a while though. Important: The treatment seems to work within a week or two but don’t stop. Keep it up for at least a month (for warts or toe fungus).
I use acv all the time. I use it as conditioner in my hair after washing every few days with baking soda water, I use acv as a toner on my face, I put a cup in the bath, I take a couple tbsp every day to help my digestion, reduce heartburn, boost my immune system and it helps keep the mosquitoes away lol.
@Robert Boudreau if you take a few tbsp every day eventually it changes your smell and taste to them. They don't like it. You might get a few bites, but not nearly as many as you would have. I've heard that the same is true for lemon juice. On the other hand, things like bananas will make you more attractive to them so are best avoided through mosquito months lol.
@Robert Boudreau lol I have no idea about the mix. Thise mosquitoes will be so confused haha. 🤣 I imagine the vinegar would be the more potent of the two but I don't know for sure. 🤷♀️
I loved the poems... they were really cute!! Many years ago (about 27 years), when my son was about 7 years old, he told his grandpa that he had to write a poem for his homework assignment and didn't really know how to write a poem. So my dad, being the jokester that he was, told him the shortest poem ever ... it was called "Fleas" and the words to the poem ... there were only 3!! "Adam had 'em" So my son turned that in for his homework assignment. He got a bad grade and told his Grandpa that he got him in trouble at school! My dad never expected he would actually turn that in for his assignment... kids do the funniest things, but they make great true stories to share later in their lives!!! 😊😊😊😊

Thank you for the info. I work on my feet on concrete floors every day then tend to my 7 acres. I used the apple cider vinegar for many things, never thought about my feet. Always learning from your videos. Keep up the awesome work you do to make them.
I work for Foot Levelers - a custom orthotics company that's been around for over 70 years. One of the things we say often is "The foot is the foundation", so when you said that, I wondered, "does Doug and Stacy use Foot Levelers??". LOL This is great information. I tried the foot soak with apple cyder vinegar and oh my I'm so highly delighted with the results, my feet are so soft and the dead skin literally fell off my feet then I used the stone, my feet have never felt like this before, next time I'm going to add epson salt. It's hard for me to stop and take time for self care. Thanks for setting the example for that. If anyone has more work to do it would be you guys! This is my first video of yalls and I look forward to seeing more.
For many years I suffered from cracked heels. I've found that soaking my feet in regular white vinegar about twice a year totally eliminates the problem. I soak each foot for about a half hour and then rub with a rough towel. I might repeat the soaking/rubbing twice a night for two nights in a row if that's what it takes to remove all the hardened skin. Sometimes a single soak is sufficient. And vinegar works great on athlete's foot. Don't wear the same pair of shoes day after day if you can avoid it. The fungus can live in the shoes and reinfect. If you have to wear the same pair try spraying the inside with vinegar and letting them dry overnight or using an antifungal powder. For you feet I suspect vinegar is better because it is going to get into the little cracks and crevices a powder might not reach.
Did you also try to rub your feet with some poo? For best results you can use a female's poo but your own poo should also work. Enjoy! And have a nice day. :)

I grew up going barefoot, and then as you get older you tend to wear shoes all the time. I believe your right. I am going to do this. My feet needs tending. thank you for giving us all this good information. GOD BLESS
Malt vinegar also works great for your feet. Completely cured my toenail fungus in 2 months doing 2 15minute soaks a day. I think any vinegar will do the same because it’s the acidity that does the magic
Thanks for the apple cider vinegar foot bath (and epson salts as well) reminder. I've known about this for quite some time, but have been procrastinating to beat the band. You are soooooo right about your feet, especially the wobbly walking part. I'm normally used to walking on uneven ground, but feel just a little bit off with my balance these days, and it really does seem like it is because of my feet and not challenging my feet and ankles as much as I should. I've tried ACV on my feet before. I have a fungus growing under my right big toenail. I have tried many things to get rid of it, but to no avail. But the ACV soak really helped. The fungus is still there, but it's half of what it was. That's probably more me than anything why it's slow. I keep forgetting to use it. But from two soaks in a couple of months, that's pretty incredible to me! The ACV is working! Halleleuiah!
I have a large rubber feeder in my bathroom for soaking my feet in Epsom salt and warm water. I add essential oils to it. During cold and flu season, I add oregano and eucalyptus. I had a serious ankle fracture over thirty years ago. When I was discharged from physical therapy for it, I was given four exercises to do for it and told that I would pretty much need to keep up with them for life. When I soak my feet about three to four times a week, I use my big toes to write out the alphabet and then I use my heel to write them out. The other is to roll my feet over a racquetball or tennis ball in the water. The last one is to stand on one foot for about 30 to 45 seconds with my eyes closed. It strengthens all the little ligaments and tendons in your foot and ankle. (I do this after brushing my teeth, not soaking.) I’ve never tried using ACV. I will have to try that. When you walk into my bathroom, I guess it looks funny to see a big rubber livestock feeder hanging on the wall. Lol! P.s. love the poems, especially the acrostic one. Please keep sharing them.
@@vickiecox7328 The same thing happened to me!!! I was outside and my nose and my hands were cold at the same time! I can see now that there are Chi channels connecting the whole body. My brother is a homesteader. On one visit I mentioned my sore feet. He told me to wrap my ankles in vinegar soaked towels. I did without question, then asked what it does for my feet. He said “nuthin, but it’ll keep the ants from crawling up your legs and biting your candy ass!”🤣

Thanks for all the good information! I would have ran to motrin last year and the year before but now I am researching natural things and things I am lacking.
Have migraines after alcohol the night before....maybe 3-4 lite beers. Like clockwork. Also migraines with ice cream with sugar ,ice .... Smoothie afterwards. Streets can bring them on too. But diet seems to be the trigger for them... Vinegar is Soo good for your feet. !
I actually only wear shoes when I go out of the house. I have shoes I wear when I go to town. I have garden clogs I wear in the garden. I have muck boots to wear in the chicken coop. None of those shoes are worn in the house. I wear socks in the house!
@Liz Wriston Try magnesium threonate. It crosses the blood brain barrier. I had migraines for 40 years and adding this form of magnesium really helped. I only get one a few times a year now. Not a few times a month. I have recommended to others who no longer suffer now too. I hope it helps you. Another tip to give you instant relief is snort a tiny amount of cayenne pepper. It blocks substance P which causes pain. Not too much. It will burn a little but doesn't last too long. Your headache will be noticeably better.
Using rosemary helps with headaches, pain and a bunch of other things u can make a tea out of it use green tea or chamomile and tumeric and ginger with a pinch of pepper in milk helps inflammation and a bunch of other things which is a great pain reliever hope this helps love u all brother and sisters in Christ, Yeshua❤🙏

Kenneth Miles Yes, she must be a perfect supermodel, not like us mortals. Let's hope she doesn't ever get pregnant. She'll probably have a nervous breakdown when she finds out babies cause stretch marks, hemorrhoids, vericose veins, and leaky bladders...and those are just the ordinary parts of pregnancy. Not to mention the 30 extra pounds. If she's not careful Karma might just reach out and remind her to not be such a judgmental uber-bitch.
I love soaking my feet in vinegar water! You are the first other people I have heard about,, that does this too. Now one other thing, it is also helpful to use vinegar with a cotton ball and vinegarize your toe or finger nails before putting on nail polish.
I’ve heard of putting vapor rub on feet with a sock at night to help heal any colds or illness but not the vinegar soaks. I will be trying this for sure! Specially on my ol mans feet lol Thanks so much 🙌🏼
Great video, Doug & Stacy! An acupuncture doctor told me that combining ACV with Epsom salts makes it even better, and I found that to be true. She forgot to tell me that ACV is good for my hair, though. I'm going to try that! Thanks!
You can use one subsequent to another but not at the same time. Like ACV first then epsom salt. ACV is an acid and epsom salt in water is basic. In essence, they cancel each other out. Better to just use them separately such as on different days of the week.
@@Asa-wv1zbNot sure if this is all correct, but you can research it online your find out if it is correct. Epsom salt is or contains salt. So presumably your skin can soak up some of the salt from Epsom salt. So if a person is avoiding salt because of high BP or other health issues, you may want to find out how much salt vould be absorbed into you body when you use Epsom salt.
Remember watching this the first time. Since then, both me and the chickens drink raw apple cider vinegar in our water. I sometimes put a couple of lemon slices in mine. Tastes great. Keeps the chickens 😊!! May just now have to foot bath. Regards Stephen.
I just found this video and subbed. My wife just had to have a toenail removed and the Dr told her to soak in warm vinegar water. She noticed the dead skin coming off and told me because I mostly run around barefoot. I took to mixing Epsom salt with the vinegar water and it is amazing! On a side note, I have been home after fighting Legionnaires disease and this past week been outside a lot doing work I fell behind on. A little at a time with frequent breaks to get my stamina back. I also ordered 15 yards of woodchips for my gardens. The entire week through weedeating, mowing, and moving woodchips I was barefoot. Just something about bare feet and contact with grass and soil that makes the world seem right. I had to sit on the back deck soaking my feet in vinegar water and Epsom salt because they in the words of my wife "Your feet look like alien feet because they are so green and dirty, and you will not go traipsing all over my clean floors like that" I used a callus razor after that and massaged olive oil in, felt so nice!
Foot soaks are so relaxing and healing! I actually did a lesson in Sunday School at Voyage Church in Fountain Valley, CA, teaching the lesson on Jesus washing the feet of his disciples. Using our homemade ACV for everything on our farm - in the goats & chicken’s water, our water, dressing, etc. But since this video popped up for me today, it’s a great reminder to give my feet a good soak while I watch TH-cam.
Thanks guys, I didn't realize ACV makes your skin soft. The reason I checked out your site is I had my big toenail removed because somebody dropped a heavyweight on it years ago at work but now I'm getting like a crust over the area where the nail was and if it softens it ,I can remove it. Happy trails. Peace.
Great video guys, I use Apple Cider Vinegar. I put two tbs of it in an eight once glass of water before I go to bed and it helps to clean your system out and helps you lose weight. Thanks for the video.
Raw ACV is amazing! Can't wait to try this idea. It's little wonder the early settler looked forward to seeing Johnny Appleseed comin' down the trail. It meant they could have ACV and cider! I already use ACV on my hair. My mother introduced that trick to me when I was a little girl, and that was a long time ago. Glad I found this channel. I just subscribed. Take care!
i use Epson salt but going to try cider cause i bought a lot past 2 years. Hey, love that food chopper with a string even my son loves it. We love onions peppers everything really. FYI white vinegar works great in the final rinse when washing clothes. It softens the clothes and removes excess soap suds from the fabric just in case you overused in the wash cycle

Great advice. I would add "grounding" or "earthing"--- barefeet for 15min or more standing on the earth/grass.
Because???????
Any kind of natural surface, sand is great for exercise of the feet muscles but basically you release pent up energy into the earth. On man made floors energy just bounces back, so you don’t release stress or tension.
@@justinfisher5175 Because these people wear socks and shoes 24/7 and have no clue what the ground even feels like. To them, standing on a soft lawn actually hurts them. If they step on a pebble with barefeet, their entire week is ruined.

I recently found them, too. Such good stuff!
I just found this channel as well. Hoping for something I can use as well.
I also use a couple drops of peppermint with it every morning!
I am usually so weary when I get home, I forget to tend my feet. Thanks for reminding me how important it is.

What is ACV ?
@@larrymeredith2346 ACV is apple cider vinegar. Remove as much of the fungus as possible with toe nail clippers without hurting yourself, then apply the ACV, saturate the nail itself + around the cuticle + under the nail where possible, be patient + vigilant for it will rid your toes of this fungus.
In the morning your feet will be soft and feel fantastic!

great, I bought some organic castor and then forgot what I bought it to treat ... I know its supposed to help wound healing ... do you know, does the castor oil just provide a softening emollient or does it have other results?

I have been doing that also but not regularly, I did some research on the Corn flour and vitamin A
"Yellow corn contains three carotenoids: alpha-carotene, beta-carotene
and beta-cryptoxanthin. All three are provitamin A carotenoids, which
means they're converted into retinol. This form of vitamin A is
essential for normal vision and a healthy immune system. "
I may start using both per week turnabout , as a comment below made sense to change the program to stop the virus /bug from adapting .. great advise ..
thanks for your video really appreciated..

Lisa Booker your advice is golden! New motivation to do black roll, exercises and the beloved foot baths
I fixed mine by stuffing wool under the arches of my feet, continuing to add some as it was compressed. Within 2 weeks the pain was gone.
Use duct tape on wart...needs oxygen
Lisa Booker I cured mine by placing a special pad in my shoe and started taking a supplement that contains turmeric, ginger and bromelain.

"Adam had 'em"
So my son turned that in for his homework assignment. He got a bad grade and told his Grandpa that he got him in trouble at school! My dad never expected he would actually turn that in for his assignment... kids do the funniest things, but they make great true stories to share later in their lives!!! 😊😊😊😊

How do you make your vinegar soak? Do you use straight vinegar?
I ALWAYS WEAR SOCKS WHEN I WEAR MY SAND SHOES NOW. I FIND IT STOPS THE SHOES FROM SMELLING AND IT KEEPS THE SHOES CLEAN.
Did you also try to rub your feet with some poo?
For best results you can use a female's poo but your own poo should also work.
Enjoy! And have a nice day. :)

Please keep sharing them.
great tips for the feet.

bigrednavajo disgusting.. poor hygiene
Love you two ❤️😘
Barbara Lowe Ah that’s so kind :)
@@ashleyice688 poor hygiene = your fishy aroma😛
Thanks!
Epsom salt is great if you don’t have issues with high BP
You can use one subsequent to another but not at the same time. Like ACV first then epsom salt. ACV is an acid and epsom salt in water is basic. In essence, they cancel each other out. Better to just use them separately such as on different days of the week.
@@annaathome2995 ...how does soaking feet in epsom salt affect BP?
@@annaathome2995 ...how does soaking feet in epsom salt affect BP?
I love your videos. I don’t live off grid but you have helped me so much with my garden.
I use ACV for a lot of things & have used it on my since I was a teenager. It is fabulous
One little girl was thrilled to have her Daddy come in and wash his feet for him. What a blessing that was and a great lesson too! Thank you for sharing those awesome Poems! God bless yous!
Im new to all of your videos and loving every one of them. So inspiring! My sweet potato's are rooting in mason jars, stacys Fermenting recipes are awesomely delicious, cant wait to kraut my beautiful cabbages i have been growing protecting with my life all winter. Haven't watched one of your videos yet that I didn't learn something good! The longer the video, the more packed with great info. Thank you!
Apple cider vinegar has many many benefits. I like the way you demonstrate and teach as well as contest. Both of you are good steward of teaching
Just saw you on the “Fit Farmer” channel. You two are such an inspiration- I want to buy land and live this way! I will enjoy your channel.
Make it your reality I’m trying myself! With the MOST HIGH ELOHIM WE CAN DO ANYTHING
Love your videos! I just found you recently and look forward to following your channel! Also going to share these videos with my 13 yr old son to watch and learn from!! Especially the build videos!! He loves to built things in the woods and even packs a survival bag in his forts incase of an emergency! So these videos will be great for him to watch and get new ideas from!!! 😊
I just want your lifestyle. How cool is it to live in such peace and harmony with nature. I’m working towards this. And thanks for the video - very cool!!! 💞
I love all the little tips and tricks and life lessons worked into all your videos. You two are inspirational!
That abc salad love it. Check out ped egg. Works like the bar but no mess. Done... open and throw outside or trash. You will love it. 😊
👍🌅A family that is continually focusing on HEALTHY things like this is very positive for the family, and Positive for all the friends that watch them.🌅👍
I’m gonna have to get a stainless steel bowl for myself and my husband! Thank you for the great information.
Great video, and yes apple cider vinegar is great for soaking your tired feet as is Epson salt. I like the taste of Bragg apple cider vinegar and take a tablespoon every morning. There are so many uses for apple cider vinegar and my wife uses it for cooking many different foods. Stay safe and Stacy I love your turquoise jewelry, I have a ring and cuff bracelet that are 40 years old and signed but never get worn.
Great tip. Vinegar really works well. It fixes our coffeemaker our drinking glasses, and now our feet too! :-D
Thanks! We love you guys cheers from denmark scandinavia
Good video. Apple Cider Vinegar is good for almost anything! While your soaking your feet you could play your Strum Stick!
I found you guys three years ago and I absolutely love your content. Thank you for sharing your information and lives with us.
Awesome! Thank you!
Thank you Abraham Lincoln. I just bought a bottle of ACV. Thank you guys.
