Don’t say in sha Allah then Ameen akhi, if you make a dua then you can have a jama’ah say Ameen, but if you intend or desire to do something tomorrow then say in sha a Allah. Dua must be filled with certainty of what you want, whereas in sha Allah is said due to uncertainty of knowledge of the future.

What a question. Nothing beats or mother's cooking in this world.
Both sheikhs are good, sheikh Assim is just straight forward which isn't bad, don't think someone allowing in every kind of question is that easy. Dr Saleh replied the question kindly and humbly. May the Almighty Allah reward him and may Allah make us among those that will enter jannah such that we can test on brother Saheel's mother's cooking. Ameen ya Rab
Though the question was funny, the advice was quite important.
Don't keep on comparing the cooking of your Mother to your Wife. 1 It's not Islamic to compare women to each other, and 2, it can hurt her feelings and she might not even say a word about it. You know, women are very good at hiding their emotions.
Sure a couple of times she might laugh it off, but if you keep on comparing your Mother and your Wife sooner or later she is going to get hurt. She might not get into a fight with you, but you'll see it in her emotions and her voice.
I mean it's not just a woman's issue, although a woman's emotional nature does play a role, of course.
So say you like your Mother's rice, and you go to this restaurant every week. The first few times you compare the cooking, the male sheff might just say Mashallah and laugh it off. They might even want to get your Mother's recipe.
But once you keep on going on and on about it, 20, 30, 40, 50 times etc one day the sheff is going to get irritated and say, why are you coming to my restaurant then?
One way to make your Wife's cooking like your Mother's is for your Mum to tell your Wife how you like food cooked. And assuming you marry a Bangladeshi Wife since you're from Bangladesh, she'll probably know how to make it just as good. In fact she might do it even better!
You know, one thing I wish to have in Jannah is kfc!
Bro I dont know which country you belong to but your answer is so inspiring but let me tell you the mentality of people living in subcontinent ie India, Pakistan and Bengladesh, here muslims had lived with hindus since centuries so they still have that hindu mentality and they dont think like Muslims should, as Hindus treat their parents specially mothers like "Bhagwan" and obey every command and keep them on a very high pedestal just like their gods, and believe they can never be wrong or misguided so does the muslims of this region, and they dont give their wives the respect, honour and status which Islam demands, thats why most of the wives here are just spending lives like slaves or feelings of remorse

Allah rehma she put so much effort into curating amazing recipes and foods and people would request her for her recipes and to make them their favorite of her meals so I can totally relate to this brother. And honestly I am astonished I never thought I could have my mum’s cooked food in Jannah as well. Beautiful how in dunya we wish for parts of Jannah and we love this part of our dunya so much we wish to get it in Jannah. Beautiful thought and a great motivation to do more to get into Jannah now. Its been so many years since I last ate my mum’s food and just thinking about it made me tear up. The best part would be that my mum wouldn’t even need to spend hours preparing that food Allah AWJ can/ might give the exact taste to the food of Jannah. SubhanAllah
