I feel you brother, im also playing the empress on my low machine. Instead of a Ryzen 5 i have a Core I5. So not too different. I hope you are having the same fun as i am even with the massive performance issues

Do you think the stutters are there due to VRAM or the 1600x?

I have cracked version , so idk exactly about improvement after update but it may have been improved,
As for me there are very less stutters now , I added Hogwarts legacy.exe in exploit protection , in game settings upscale FSR2 & Mode balenced, with graphic settings Low.
