Dude my heart goes out to you, esspecially getting the RRoD 2 weeks before GTA IV. Cross your fingers and hope someone helps you, but until then if you have the money for the ps3 you could always get one of those cause their failure rate is less than 2 %. Cheers and hopes for you my friend.

Clearly the Sponsors were correct in backing the PS3, just as they were wise and not at all evil to pull the episode with the terrible WiiFit review. It's great value for money. Nothing but potential. You'd certainly be zapping those joysticks this very second if you'd gone with the PS3.
Electronic store as many let you rent big screen Tv's etc. Also just stop giving microsfot money and that would make them think twice instead of making crap budget console that brake down on you.
I would say buy a PS3, but I'll say this instead: your kid shouldn't be playing GTA at her age. Don't buy a console, get a refund for your xbox, with the money, buy her something so she can play outside.
