It worked on Mac to symlink the folders, but for some reason it just says starting up forever, and never actually boots the device. It worked fine from my on-device harddrive, but due to needing more space on the android to even install an app, I decided to move to external. Even after making an entirely new avd on the external hard drive it doesn't seem to boot.
