We were there before it got really bad but we did have trouble hiring a water delivery service - I think they stopped taking on new clients, as we got ghosted several times even when they scheduled deliveries! Ended up getting our water at the Oxxo nearby and paying a bit of a premium. While I'm happy we went, I am also glad we left when we did to leave more water for the locals.
