Alpha leaker you will be remembered
They have time to ban someone who leaks content that isn’t even interesting to begin with instead of fixing their buggy game for players to enjoy their game
They are money grabbers they want us to use money for every content
The difference is a single intern can issue all the dmca complaints whereas there’s prob hundreds of thousands of lines of code and it would take time to determine where the issue is and even more time to fix without breaking another part of the game.
@@kazamasta3147 while this is true, if they are doing that at least inform the damn players, lots of people are leaving because of it, if they at least gave us some insight and say they are doing their best to fix it, that would be amazing, but no, stay silent and have this going on for almost months now

@@mrbayne8223What buggy aspects are you referring to? Cause the only one i know of is the omega delayed clicks which theyre acknowledged in their known issues.
I liked leaks it made me to continue the game when it get boring sometimes knowing my fav characters are coming
I honestly don't disagree with this decision. Leaks can cause many members of the community to start freaking out over movesets that are far from finished, like how they jumped the "Gun" on Go. However, i also believe that NetMarble needs to be more transparent with the upcoming updates and communicate with us properly.

netmarble has been pulling alot of shady moves for awhile now, if you've been following Nagato with grand cross, he has covered several of the bullcrap instances they have been pulling

Leaker provided a service that most Gacha Gamers don't need to worry about due to many older Gacha Games having two different versions, the "foreign" and the "global". The "Foreign" is usually someplace like Japan or China where they have had the game already for 2 years. The "global" version are generally for the other countries. The benefit to this model is that the global players essentially have a roadmap for the next 2 years and plan things out. I can't think of any Gacha Games off the top of my head whose developers didn't release the same content in more or less the same order as the originating country got the content. FFBE and FGO both occasionally have events or releases that are unique for the global market, but that's rare and generally doesn't mess anything up.
Alpha provided a more in-depth roadmap, which was nice, but...well, we saw how badly the community took Go's "leak" *wears #1 GoHe fan from day 1 badge proudly*, and we've seen similar descrpancies in other leaks. That is part of the problem, that its unreleased content and may set the community up to have an unfair expectation of whats ahead, while at the same time did force the devs to acknowledge issues with release stuff, like with Charlotte and Harper.
Honestly, I've been feeling burnt out with the game lately, especially with the treatment of Charlotte and Harper and their bad origin story (like, the actual story is trigger inducing and causes a lot of dislike for them), and I'm not surprised that this occurred. NetMarble was probably tired of all the negativity they were getting and so wanted to put a stop to it. Hopefully in the future things get better, but yeah.

Netmarble are going very weird way literally there are leakers in every genre of games but i think because of leaks are the reason games run for long if not it's a difficult task to maintain the game as because people don't play if there's no content what is coming then it a L move
it's funny how I played a bandai game and their official discord put a separate leaks channel in there and it's managed by somebody like alpha from the community while NM just suddenly DMCA-ing alpha
I agree that the leaks can be used for good like the Go Gunhee situation but I also am very surprised he was able to get away with leaking (the amount of stuff he was leaking was crazy also) for this long. Most gachas ban immediately cause its completely against TOS so I am not surprised at all here.
I think if Netmarble gives more details on their roadmaps we should be just fine. Almost all the information changes anyways but yes if a unit is bad we will just have to voice our opinions based on release testing (like what you did for Charlotte) Payne. I think its a good thing overall but it will be missed to some degree.

I feel like Devs will silently fix the ban issue first and then say we fixed it and here's your compensation, but hope it happens fast as this game is so good but bugs are crazy, I have desent phone but I am scared and playing on low graphics because of bugs and what they might lead to
We dont need leaks as long as Netmarble provides decent roadmap with hunters and their elements. They should provide us trailers for character releases with their kit and gameplay. A lot of gacha games doing this already.
Every game has leaks to build hype before the new release. Cz netmarble never gonna communicate properly for the new updates.

So hot take. Leaks are great for the community and can damage user experience if not done. Hear me out. So leaks can help allow players who are budgeting by showing characters off with how vital they can be for players experience. Give them a chance to save and set furtuer expectations for the vast majority of the community. But it needs to be done right though. Ik dragon ball legends usually leaks characters in vjump or some form of magazine. I think dmc leaks by giving video leaks prior to releases. These things have to be marketed in a way to get players hyped and invested in your game all the while keeping secrets under wraps. its a delicate balancing act that netmarble is still trying to figure out.

The leaks were useful from the perspective of us having a better idea of what is coming and I believe NM should do a much better job communicating what we can expect in the future. Maybe give us a more detailed roadmap, some teasers, whatever but promote and hype future content and characters a whole lot better. This being said, I'm so tired of the constant drama in the community that I can't say I'll miss any of those leaks if that means no drama coming from stuff that wasn't even released officially.

i completely disagree about the Gunhee situation, people were complaining that he was a weak breaker and his damage was bad. in terms of break nothing changed from the leak people didn't understand it.
In terms of damage, alpha put horrible showcases that made him look bad. he corrected some showcases later on but the damage was already done. Netmarble did improve his passives, but he would still end up as a pretty good unit. I like leaks, but Alpha should have never done dps comparisons of unfinished products in this community that can't take leaks as leaks.
They just gave his ulti almighty break which you dont ever utilise cause you need to fill power gauge first and until then you can break the boss already. They gave almight break at a3 to just shut up the community.
@MCKre1 he breaks faster than anyone in the game at A2(even harper) without his ult by the way.
@@ibagaming9429 i know he doesnt even need it thats what i m saying. They gave it to just shut up the people who were already complaining. And with his a5 you dont want break gauge on enemy while using ulti anyway. Doesnt make any sense.

I believe its a huge blow to NM,leaks was something that keeped us pushing to hold on 2-3 more weeks when game start to be boring...now without leaks a lot won't have something to hold them in that time to wait anymore...huge mistake by NM,if they make hunters mid ppl will not summon anyway,and after banner if they make them OP yea will be even worst since we skipped due to mid kit, with Alpha atleast they was abke to see reaction of community and fix it before release and saving the game....now that won't be possible anymore....really weird ngl

I dont get it, NM is such a dumb company at times, of course people wanted go gun hee, I even bought their subscription because of him, but it looks like they just wanna sell barbies for us to play, and not because it makes money, but only because they BELIEVE is the only way to make money. You have an IP like Solo leveling and instead of us getting the game characters which, lucky for them, have no history at all, they push us OCs we don't care. If they run out of manhwa characters, ok, but they just pretend they don't exist... Even Esil could easily be a SSR character, and people love her, but no, they want to push another child like rank S again...

Didn't netmarble give a whole road map of the whole year? Kinda disingenuous to say they don't let us know anything.
Roadmap vs break down of units kits and their elements etc is much different.
But if kits are still being beta tested to the day of release that's not really possible. Even with leaks kits were wrong and changed completely on release. It's beta tests for a reason. Unit breakdown changes nothing for being known a month on advanced considering you still have to do hours of testing on release anyway. @PayneBlade

@@efann4405 people are getting banned left right and center just because they playing their unoptimization game that's a surprise, they are giving Korean extra rewards and not to global that's a surprise, and those are not a subject to change and that's a surprise. The surprise was never the new character if it'll be in NM page anyways before launch, but the excitement is what comes.
