HI Tanner, your video blew my mind! I have never heard of you or seen you before but somehow I ended up on this video tonight & It is further proof that God gives us signs & puts people in your life at the right time. I am a 56 year old Grandmother married to a 63 year old retired 82nd Airborne Vet that knows North Carolina well. We currently live in Louisiana, retired from our jobs & own 2 small businesses one, a vape shop since 2011 and a Property Investment Company since last year. It's about time to wrap up the vape shop& move on. I am born & raised right here, husband from Orange County, CA now his family is in Washington State. We have been talking about buying a Class B or C RV & hitting the road to see where we would like to retire to, Tanner, I shit you not, today you are the 4th person that has mentioned NC. I even watched a video about retirement communities in North Carolina about an hour ago, it was a funny video, the 10 reasons you DON'T want to live in NC done by a Realtor!
I realized I was getting old when I had to have my 15 year old Grandson teach me how to drive my Smart Car!!! With that being said, I know there is money to be made out there working on the internet, I just can't seem to get it together. I have a couple of websites but you have to remember, I use to do my coding using DOS or Cobal, not Cabal...LOL
I admire what you are doing & I think you are on the road to a great life. The world needs more young people like you or we are going to be in trouble.
I can't believe I am going to ask this but like the way you dealt with the Landlord that wanted Tax Returns, to me you did what I would think anyone would do & I am surprised at how few of the younger generation are aware of how to work the system!! So Tanner, how would you feel about teaching a Granny how to use this thing called TH-cam, Instagram, Internet, whatever it is on how to make money using their system. I already have a headstart with websites, payment processors, Tax ID#'s I mean I can do any business, I just don't know how to successfully do them online, I am old school Brick & Mortar!
If you don't want to help me learn a few ropes I totally understand, However, if you do OMG I would greatly appreciate it. Heck you might could be my webmaster & take my B&M and make it totally automated online!!! I have what we need, I just need someone smart enough to make it work. Wrainn@pm.me

I appreciate you watching the video, and for leaving a comment! I'm biased for NC. Truthfully though it's great because of the diverse environments.. Beaches, Mountains, Lakes, Farms, Cities, you name it. I have another channel where I talk more about online business if you search "Tanner Planes".

You legit went to the leasing office showing off Shopify screenshots lmao so funny hahahaha!
On the other hand though, very interesting insight about your past and I most definitely agree with the fact that leaving your hometown is single handedly the best thing you can do if you want to see growth.

I moved out of my hometown but moved to a place of familiarity, which I can basically say it is my hometown 😂 so I am watching this because I can see that where I moved to is actually my hometown and now I am planning on moving out of my hometown and God willing, by June I wil have moved. I hope to come back to this video with feedback on how things are moving
