Just a suggestion...I see the effort you have to put in when you are using the icing tool. Why not use a clay extruder? When you put the star disc and produce the clay, it gives the same texture(pattern) and has got less effort. It is not very expensive as well. Juat watched a youtube video where the clay extruder was being used and instantly remembered your shaking hands
