This combo can have insane range/magic evasions with staff+xbow active skill buffs while being able to completely ignore melee defenses as you have full CC removal for stun+full heal of the dmg dealt in that initial second of reaction. 4 dashes makes this the best kiting class in the game, xbow dash increases staff dash range by 20% as well. Completely insane AOE damage with spread lightinings/meteor and xbow spin while having the same if not better single target dmg output. It's just a DPS wet dream, I'm confused how nobody can see that.
@Daupz very good points you're bringing there. Based around the position part of my explanation, staff/xbow can play flank or backline, in the flanks you will be skirmishing (looking for a chance to hit blobs of squishys) and without the dagger stealth reset or the GS tankiness I believe this puts this weapon combo on the back foot, especially with them pesky gs/daggers looking for you. If this was to be played on the backline, i fear it lacks the range to be able to hit past the enemy tank blob (heading your way), and into their squishys at the back, something the tornado and flash waves do well at. Based on that, I put it lower on the list. Without a doubt, if you're very experienced and can position well (Or react quickly with your clense) to do damage, it is that DPS wet dream you speak off. I just think for the average player that might be bit harder to pull off.

If you're referring to the skill specialisations then this tier list takes those into account. This is based of the current KR version which I believe should be the global version.
@@Nellyjai If what we are getting for Global is the same as KR that's good. I was just looking at news post from yesterday, skill changes to weapons that they announced (maybe to make it inline with KR) and the CC immunity system (not sure if that is in KR or not).

I think if the group already has 2 sns/gs then maybe you'd want ot consider something else. Staff bow is good in large scale but drops in smaller scale as you're reliant on others protecting you. If you want a class that shines in alot of content then bow/dagger could be a choice over staff/bow, or if you want to stick with melee GS/dagger is decent in most content too.
I mean, it is a troll build to some as its not meta. But honestly if you can pull it off and show it working, no one will say anything, the question is will you even get the chance.
Why are you saying SnS staff isnt a tank? I understand SnS/Wand and GS being tankier but how is it not as tanky as SnS/Dagger ? Doesnt this depend on how u build it ? Are you saying this based on ur experiences w SnS/Staff builds ?
I think for this take it was trying to find a balance and generalising each build to "fit in a category", ofc you can build any weapon class as a tank and call it a tank, but that wouldn't really help a viewers gain understanding. In general someone that play SnS/Staff will not be on the front line and play as a tankier mage therefore not a tank. I have not played SnS/Staff but happy to understand if you think there is a super tanky SnS/Staff build out there I am not aware off.
@Nellyjai The logic is fine and I understand the need to generalize to avoid convoluted messages. That being said, generalizing too much when it comes to playstyles and builds contributes to the mindset that only __ 2 classes could possibly do __ job. For instance, you do mention that this is for GvG but saying that classes besides Sns/GS and SnS/Wand aren't tanks make it difficult for SnS classes besides those two to find parties for content because now nobody believes they can tank at all and then people would be even less willing to consider said classes DPS either. And when certain playstyles/builds are denied content by the general playerbase because of misinterpreted generalizations, it discourages players from experimenting with builds and the game ends up sucking the fun associated with build variance both for players playing a class unique to their playstyle and players having different enemies to fight against rather than the same 3 or 4 classes. I have a large high ranking guild that I'm apart of on Morokai so it's not an extreme inconvenience to me all the time but I have friends who have this issue while playing off meta builds and its the stance that most players take when picking classes to play. So videos like this are fine because it's still informative but it'd be helpful to be explicit about what certain classes can and can't do OR it'd be helpful to make content addressing off meta/unique playstyles as well.
