Nice to hear the bass pedals played well. I recently restored my T202. Currently loving it.

I had a T212 when I was a kid and it had a rhythm unit in a draw just below the lower keyboard on the right side. Has anyone ever seen one like that.

@@rickyseibert1707 Thanks. I've been wondering if I had the only one because I haven't seen one since nor has anyone on the internet spoke of it.

Concerning the lower manual 'brush' sound:
I've seen 2 T series organs with this same issue. Both times it was a broken, brown-colored wire that connects to the busbar on the keyboard. It is located on the right side, under the keyboard, above the area of the headohone jack. The were both broken in the same area. It almost looked like someone picked the organ up from the right side, and got the wire inbetween them and the organ.

Mate, just keep playing, don't sell the thing. Keep making people happy!

That is a great sounding Hammond! Your playing is ace! I could listen to it for many hours. I'm serious: I wish they still had piano or organ players in hotel lounges and high end restaurants. I own a 1972 P-100S, which is technically an L-100 inside a "portable" cabinet. The vibrato sounds awful, but otherwise it's a beautiful tube Hammond spinet. I play it through a humble 1982 Solton rotary speaker cabinet. Not bad at all.

I recently got a T 222. There’s no vibrato at all. I’m trying to figure it though but it is a nice organ. T series was good enough for Tony Banks of Genesis.

i just got a t222 a month ago...had mice nest in the tone wheel..took a week to clean and oil

The vibrato scanner can get gummed up with old oil and stick. Lighter fluid will emulsify the old oil and clean it out. Once it is freed up you can oil it normally. This happened on the '68 T112 that I rescued a few years ago.
