Hi Ena, Thanks for the comparison. I'm not a makeup professional, but I would like to share some great tips with you. I'm 60 and when I was a teenager I read beauty magazines and the #1 thing that I did and still do is I never rub my eyes. Always remember how delicate the skin is around your eyes. When I use Waterproof Mascara, I take it off gently with an oil based remover for eye makeup. That's why today I still don't have crow's feet and alot of wrinkles around my eyes. So always have a good skincare routine and be very gentle around your eyes. I really enjoyed your video. Have a Blessed Day and a Great Weekend Sweetie.

@@Enamorri oh my when you said you where taking it off with hand soap my heart sank :(!! As Shari said the eye area is so very delicate!! A proper makeup remover with a soft cotton round for eye shadow. As you said that the telescopic mascara is watery, what I actually do is bend down to the water faucet and stick my eye under (or if doing so in the shower), grab your lashes in between your fingers and then gently rub them back and forth. This breaks up easy and stubborn mascara as it either just washes off completely or makes harder mascaras come off a little bit more easily without so much skin rubbing! If it is a little bit of a difficult mascara, run your lashes under warm water and it will dissolve! Clean up any residue on the skin with make up remover and the cotton round! Saves your eye area in the future! Both lashes looked amazing btw!
Aww haha I love the concern here 🥰 I did try all the other methods you mentioned, and bought multiple make up removers but I always go back to the soap. I find it the fastest (less important) but also least irritating for my eyes (I know, weird!-but I’m a pro at this point). I’ve been doing it for over 15 years and I’ve never had a problem with it, and I still have a lot of eyelashes 😁 The important thing to mention here is that I DO NOT wear mascara (or make up) every day! If I did I’d probably take it off much more responsibly 🙈
@@Enamorri have you tried make up melts though? I don't use any micellar water or makeup wipes because they don't work for me. I'm using a makeup melt from Derma E and it's amazing! It's very gentle and also moisturizes the skin! I also use bamboo rounds that are soft and washable/reusable! Trying to save money and save the planet! You won't see it now, but soap is too harsh especially for the eye area! Later on this is what causes crows feet or crepey skin around the eye. You'll thank me later! I'm an esti 😄

I'm debating between these two. I never ever see the Sky High in Blackest Black in stock but I am leaning toward Telescopic. I had my chance yesterday to get the carbon black but a lot of people on Google reviews were saying to go with the gold but that was out of stock. However, I really love the Telescopic carbon black as you've demonstrated. Thank you. I think I'll go ahead and try it. Looks fantastic! Oh, and as far as removing any mascara waterproof or not, I have no issues when I use the Pond's cleansing balm. And yeah, even a Dove sensitive skin bar should remove it.👍🏻💜
Maybelline looks better on ur lashes..Maybelline is my favorite brand..but for myself..I like the telescopic better than the sky high..(note I can only use waterproof)..b4 the telescopic..my favorite was Maybelline spider effect..
The difference is really minor, they’re both great mascaras! But I guess it all comes down to personal preference :) I probably prefer telescopic because I’ve been using it for 5 years and it’s a thing of a habit 😅 Thank you for the comment though, I loved hearing your input! 🥰
Hi! Do both of these mascaras come off easily? Because I have had some HORRIBLE experiences with other mascaras, I would try everything, oils, cleansers, and it still wouldn't come off.
@@___Alina___24 But be thankful, because of the way mascara can dry out. This one takes a bit longer, But I don't pump mine either when inserting it, I stick it in the tube and go around in circles picking up the mascara onto the wand. 😊😊👍

You should apply mascara in a zig zag motion, starting at the base & moving up thru ur lashes. It goes on more evenly & looks better.

I found sky high mascara to be hard to wash off, telescopic is super easy to take off! That’s a big one for me as well, so definitely telescopic! :)
