As director Roland Emmerich recalls, it is unfortunate that the lack of scenario research and the time constraints of the production resulted in a poor box-office performance, despite the high quality of the visuals.

直接的な続編では無いのかもしれませんが、なかなかＰＡＲＴ２は難しいものですね～(>_

この続編は観なかったナア～、低予算の「スカイライン」の方が良く出来ていた。
これも続編作られ・・・続編を成功させるのは難しいですね。
これ、ほんと話題にすらならんかったなw前作が出来すぎなんよw
ストーリーを聞かれると説明出来なくて困る作品です。
素晴らしいシーンが連続するのですが、順番に繋がらないのです。
ディーン デブリンが脚本から外れたのかと思いましたが、大勢絡んでいたようで詰め込みすぎたのか？と思っていました。
米映画でpart1と2が同一監督なのは珍しいのでは？"ハリウッドの破壊王"の二つ名は伊達じゃありませんね。
