Great review! I am a big wearer of Injinji toe socks, they offer different thicknesses and styles as well. Works wonderful for trails and water crossings.
Great review! They are expensive but worth it; mid race with no blisters, I am not griping about the cost of my socks. I ask for a pair for fathers day, birthday, Christmas etc. and still wear the first pair i owned.
@@FeetFirstAthleticsI first got into ultras last year with Vero being my first. I’m running the 50 mile this year, but the reason I say that is because I bought swiftwick socks and now have a collection of them. I think you should check them out. I’ve worn them for 3 x 50ks now without any blisters or issues.
Have you ever tried XoSkin socks and specifically toe socks? About a year ago I got a pair based on a ton great reviews on TH-cam and was extremely pleased.
I got a 3 pack of Aonijie and I get blisters on my toes from them in longer runs, so limit their use to shorter runs. Injini are great too and I'd choose them over Aonijie.
I have a couple of pair that I have had about ten years. When you consider how long these things last, they are not expensive at all. I would have worn out bags of cheaper socks with the wear I have put on these.
I just got the Panasonic Lumix S5iix, and absolute beast and the main reason I got it is to make some documentary style short films and possibly some professional work in the future. My studio (i sometimes feel silly even calling it that lol) is my back bedroom with some stand-up box lights. I want to keep it cheap and easy so I may invest in some better lighting. I also mainly use a Blue Yeti microphone which I didn't for this video, but will be going back to using it as soundproofing the room isn't feasible, at least right now.
I love mine and only wear Smartwool for longer runs. And I try to buy them when they are on special. I haven't worn any out yet (more than 4 years!).
Glad to see you are having the same results as I am! And for $10-15 on-sale you really can't beat the value.
Real and straight to the point. Appreciate the real commentary.
Thank you very much, I try to keep it to just the main talking points and cut out the "fluff". I appreciate the watch and the kind words!

I'm with you on that, I've yelled a few ugly words mid race from blisters because I grabbed the wrong socks lol.

Been using swifywick and injinji toe socks for my ultras. You’re right about it adding up when you get more for races. Have you tried Aonijie socks?

What type of Camera or studio setup do you have?
