@5:18 That locked door is the captains quarters. Also, there’s no restroom in the captains quarters. He’s gotta come out his room and use the crew bathroom located across from the washer/dryer.

We don't know, except that it's probably flagged internationally (Bahamas) and that's typically for tax purposes
the boat is registered outside of the US and US import duty has to be paid. usually the client will pay the import taxes if they are American.
and all this can be yours, if the price is right?????
