Gen. Katumba Wamala hands over to Gen. David Muhoozi

- General Katumba Wamala has handed over office to the newly appointed Chief of Defense Forces, General David Muhoozi at the UPDF army headquarters in Mbuya.
As he leaves office , Katumba spoke out on the poor welfare of junior soldiers citing their accommodation.
SOLOMON KAWEESA attended the handover ceremony where General Muhoozi promised to resolve the challenges his predecessor has left in office.

It's very sad for our man and his companions to be attacked survegilly, worse so the loose her daughter and his driver. May the Almighty God test those who have died in eternal peace? And grand Gen. Kayumba Wamala a quick recovery, as the intelligence and the security personnels try hard to arrest the culprits.
Those who say that such tragidies are instigated by people in the gov. should stop misguiding people and tinting gov. Black spots instead we should develop a sense of concern of our lives and others and help the gov.put this situation at rest. Otherwise it's inevitably sad and disheartening.
