    Lorelei, would you please explain if tempeh is nutritionally better than just soy?

      Hi Maya, will try to do a video to answer the question. Short answer, both can be good for you. Tempeh is soy, of course, but fermentation probably makes it more digestible that plain soy beans. Tofu is also relatively digestible (compared to plain cooked soy bens), but has the fiber removed.

      @@NutritionwithLorelei 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 thank you. It seems that even the protein concentration is higher in tempeh, which is a bonus.
      Have you ever tried natto?
