My two takeaways:
1) Openly admitting he loved Jun and that she was indeed strong.
2) How fast he got up to his feet as if he waited a lifetime for someone to ask him about his hobbies. Probably his proudest moment second to tossing his old man into a volcano.

That was actually already canon. In like Tekken 1 they stated in a handbook that Kazuyas hobbies was collecting sneakers. This was a call back to that very small fact that older fans might know about. Throughout all of Tekken, Kazuyas Mishima has been a sneaker head this entire time. 😂

Ok so I decided to count how many shoes Kazuya has on that wall.
1:01 gives a clear view of a column of shoes on the back wall and from there I can get a count of 28 shoes per column.
The back wall has 7 columns while the side walls from using the wall mounted lights as reference have 14 segments of 9 columns each. The 2 segments right at the entrance of the room are partially obscured by the doors so only 3 columns are visible but I think it's safe to say those 2 have 6 more columns of shoes behind the doors out of line of sight. So to that end we will count those as full segments toward the 14 before to total out to 16 segments with 9 columns of shoes each. 16 * 9 = 144 columns. 144+7 = 151 columns of shoes total
So doing the math we have 151 Columns * 28 Shoes that make up each column for a grand total of ..... 4228 Shoes.
I will say that again. Kazuya has a collection of shoes numbering 4228. And that's not counting the ones he's wearing right now.

The fact that Kazuya still canonically likes collecting sneakers means that Tekken 1's instruction manual is canon. Folks Both Kazuya and and Jun are confirmed to be alive and well, Jun was stuck in the same tree where Jin went unconsicous and unlocked his Angel powers. In the very end of the game Kazuya is unconscious from his final battle between his son, is apporached by Jun in the physical sense who finally broken off from her 7 year slumber. Jun is also confirmed to be secret wife of Kazuya by Harada-san and Michael Murray.
