- 🌟 A World Awoken is Dragonflight's meta achievement in World of Warcraft and it's going to take awhile to complete it. There's a lot that needs to be done but some achievements are more important than others as they are either time gated or include a bit of randomness and the need of luck. Get the best tips that you'll ever need to guarantee you'll be able to complete the meta achievement and get the Taivan mount!

This seems excessively brutal considering all the RNG things required, good lord.
I would say brutal if you are just starting from scratch, yeah. If you've done most of them, then it's just annoying waiting for something specific. I still don't have it as I've been waiting for 2 weeks now for the fish people to go to Azure Span so I can open the fish hole quest there... Very annoying but it will happen so just annoying at this stage. Hope you have some of them completed already and the RNG gods are with you!
for cobalt assembly rep go to the guy to the right of the quartermaster for a 30% rep buff

I felt like Loremaster was the best one to get started with, just switch the brain off and grind the quests out. It helps cross off a number of others off the list too so overall a great way to start this meta.
Yeah, this one is pretty straight forward and it will give you a lot of steps along the way. I actually had it finished way back closer to the start of the xpac so now I only have annoying ones left.
The Sturdy Expedition Shovel that blacksmith makes has 20 charges to use for the digging, and add-on All the things can help check off achievement's also.

I knew about these shovels but they were relatively expensive when on the AH and not there most of the time anyway so I'd figured it's not that easy to obtain.
I should definitely check the All the Things addon, few people keep mentioning it so it must be good.

Working on this now, appreciate the tips! Just finished an all day from Low to DONE with Cobaltt Assembly Rep...bleh! The thing I'm most scared about is the mythic dungeons since I'm not that kinda player & people are mean :/ I've done 2 of 8 and I'm super nervous to keep going with them
M0s aren't that much harder then heroics, don't stress!
Yeah, as our friend mentioned M0s should not be a problem and even if you fail once or twice, just go again. Be scared of the RNG stuff that is annoying :D

I've been working on this the last 3 weeks after realizing I was enjoying quests in MoP. I'm down to the last 6 achievements that are all RNG based time gates. I didn't do more than 10 quests through the xpac on the character I decided to this on. 2 years worth of quests in 3 weeks isn't crazy. The absolute worst thing is farming Grand Hunts for the the last skin I need. I'm well over 200 hunts done at this point with one missing skin. That alone is killing the enjoyment for me. Otherwise, its been nice to be out in the world again.
Yeah mate, some of them might be quite annoying. A tip I can give you for the hunts - the first couple of bags that you get from the first 2 hunts have higher chance, w/e that means. And that achievement is shared between alts. So you can log on alts every week and do a couple of hunts on each for better chance. I did like 60-70 hunts on my main in 2 weeks or so, no luck. Then the week after I started doing it on alts and got it on my paladin so may be that's the better strat there
@@thelegendbehindthecow The better chance equates to about .08% higher. I have done 50+ today alone and nothing.
@@phazeshifta Yeah, sadly this is one of the more annoying ones. I guess I just got lucky on an alt. Good luck though, it will drop eventually!

Overall though, not the worst meta achievement
biggest tip...do the achievements when they were relevant lol not only they are a lot of people doing it and you can find more groups, some of the achievements like chasing the storm were a lot easier to do since there were more spawns. That's something I learned from shadowlands meta achievements and how I struggled to get it at the end of the expansion with all the time gated stuff. Now for dragonflight, I was able to complete it first day possible (you had to redo the 8 daily quests near the time rifts)
That's indeed the best tip but I surely did not know that these would be part of the meta back in the day. And ALL the open world events this xpac were so bad - go somewhere at a certain time to afk - that I didn't want to bother with any of them honestly... At least they just announced a fix for the storms - 2 of the spawn now so that's a step forward for us peeps left behind :)
So I KNOW that I did all of the quests already at Eon's fringe but I don't have credit for them. Feels bad.
Yeah, I've heard that same statement from other people as well. Probably a bug but one that they have not fixed unfortunately

@@HaloEchoe419 Yeah, I have been redoing them. Only need 8 so I am almost done. I have been doing pretty well with the whole list. I still need to run all of the mythics and raids though. And then of course, grind out the scrolls and treasures. I think the hardest thing will be the profession rares on the Island.
@jaklg7905 I came back to the game specifically to grind out this achievement. I never did anything in the forbidden reach so I'm leaving that whole area till the end. Right now I'm working on Soridormi, the elemental storms, and the legendary photographs achievement. Good luck!
scrolls drop from mobs as well? or just treasures
They drop from mobs too. In fact, if you look into custom groups, people might form farm parties that hyper spawn mobs and just kill them over and over again. I think killing mobs might be faster than flying around looking for chests but don't forget to buy those items that increase the chance for you to find scrolls!
how do u find the tracker on wowhead ?
It's on the homepage as soon as you go to the website. Look closely if you don't see it, I think there might be some little arrows or buttons that hide the content and extend it as soon as you click them
im stuck on Loot Specialist. Freaking cant find one
Yeah, make sure you have RareScanner or something to tell you when it spawns. Unfortunately it has quite low HP and it dies quite quickly but I think I killed the total of 3 of them just while flying around to loot chests/scrolls. May be I was very lucky.
on my realm he's stuck underneth so I can't reach him, so sad
@@seriesong Yeah, actually saw that happen once too - not sure if he was in a cave or something but I couldn't find an entrance near by. Just have to wait for the next spawn sadly :(
The only thing im missing is azerothian book inside zskera vaults,it just refuse to show up.Will miss the achievement if it goes like that,clown blizzard.
Yeah, that one is actually tricky. It wouldn't show for me neither but then I've read some comments on WoWHead and found a tactic there... You zone in, you find the other two books which seem to be always there, you open them... and then you wait! I afked for a bit, then opened few more doors and after I activated my anomaly detection for a second time, boooom the book was there and it was definitely not on that spot during the first detection. That's what has been said in one of the comments and it worked for me so may be give it a try!

@@Popikaify Yeah, try wandering around a bit and see if it eventually spawns at a later point. There's something going on with it but we don't know exactly what the trick is to spawn it!
how much time do we have to do it?
I would assume by the end of this expansion just before TWW comes out. So Septemberish?
