James I only came across you today after watching you climbing cranes 👍🏻,Tower cranes are a passion of mine considering I’m proper afraid of heights 🥴, and then I saw you had an R6 👍🏻, I love bikes especially R1 and the GSXR1000 👍🏻,but just never had one, anyway you’re an amazing person and a bit of an inspiration to me because now I AM going to save enough money and get my own R6,James stay safe and keep these amazing videos coming mate,🙏🏻
I’m a big hot hatch fan. Some of my favourite cars I’ve owned have to be. Series 1 and 2 Escort RS Turbos, Peugeot 205 1.9 GTI track car, Mk8 Fiesta ST and Mk3 Focus RS. I’ve got on order a new Hyundi I20N due in December. If you fancied doing a review on it when it arrives your more than welcome. Not sure if it’s good enough for the channel though. I live in the New Forest and think your this way as well?
That would be awesome! I'm trying to get in touch with Hyundai but if I don't have any luck, I'd love to 🙏 I'm a huge fan of the i30N and the i20N looks like great fun. Yeah I'm local 👍 I appreciate that mate!
We have such similar taste in cars, bikes and specs😅 I felt like the only one who knew about blu cepheus! Great choice to wrap a bike in that colour, I'd love to one day
Just over here hanging my head in shame at my car history compared to yours… although I won’t lie, I LOVED my Toyota Yaris 😂 I wanna see the RSQ8!! And the ID Buzz just because it looks like a cartoon car & I love it haha
Hi! Kinda late to the party, but I’ve had an Audi a5, Bmw f32 and f36 Your f82 with black spec is my dream car since I can remember, hopefully I get it before turning 25😅. I really want to take a trip around europe with it, since I’ve not travelled at all almost. You’re not interested in the g82? At first the grill was off-putting, but they look evil irl, even without the ADRO kit Have a good one😎
Hey! Nice cars! The M4 was great but I really fell in love with the F80 😁 driving around Europe is the dream, I wish I could do it non stop haha. The G82 just doesn't do it for me aesthetically which makes me sad cos I used to be such a BMW guy haha. I don't mind the M3 touring and I know they are incredibly capable cars but I think I'd have to spend some more time with one to see how I bond with it. I love the way the F80's look but whenever I see a G80 it just doesn't do much for me. Same goes for most of the newer BMW's. F80 CS would be mega or even a modded facelift F90 🤤
test a giulia quadrifoglio, they are about due for an upgrade, but the first edition has something intangibly special about it. as for similar cars to test on the channel if you can get a steer in the ol lexus ISF and the v8 rs4 would be interesting both as stand alone videos and in videos where you compare and contrast with the bmw's you've had.
Awesome brother! Sad to hear about the m3 but excited to see what the future stores. I currently have a MKV Supra and, as you know, we enthusiasts are always window shopping for the next best thing. I’ve been between a g80 m3, 911 , 718 gt4, m5c for sometime now. Any of those interest you? I feel like the next best move would be the Porche Route!😈
Watching while proudly driving a 2004 Volvo S40 R Design. So happy to have a Volvo. They're one of those 'underrated cars'. Nowadays everybody wants a Beemer/Audi, and according to Top Gear Logic, the more there are, the less 'cool' they are. 🤣😏 Volvo beats 'em! Nothing like having a motorised Swedish Berry! 😏
I think I listened to you on Joe Rogan like five plus years ago. I think it's a shame TH-cam demonetized your videos. It's kind of weird this video has less than a thousand views. Sometimes I wonder if TH-cam is honest about nummber of views.
Yeah a long time ago! TH-cam is a very different place now, unfortunately. This is a fresh channel so it's not too bad. The car ones will do much better (RS5 review is at 14k) so it's promising :)

I love Volkswagen's and I don't know why. 4.) I had a child, so it was time to get more sensible.
HAHA, you asked for it: Bike licence came first, started with a Honda XL125 then a (relatively) monstrous leap after passing the test to a Yamaha TDR250. The TDR was a mental 2 stroke which convinced me I should avoid fast bikes or I'd kill myself so I sold it and went surfing in Cornwall with the money in 1990. The XL got stolen (stay classy, London!) so I got a Honda CM250 (stop laughing!) This was the first bike I hacksawed off the exhaust pipes and painted it matt black. Then there was a Honda CX500 Custom which was also matt black and lacking exhaust and was bomb proof but boring so I got a Goldwing 1100 that lasted long enough to go back to Cornwall in 1999 for the Solar Eclipse but then got stolen (Stay classy again, London) I then got a Harley Sportster but made the mistake of getting the old Ironhead not the Evolution and it was as reliable as a politicians promise! When it worked it was the best thing in the world but it just didn't happen often enough. Going back to 1990 when I got into cars my first was a 1970 VW Beetle that got the matt black treatment and that was a great motor until it got stolen (yeah, London sucks!) which was followed by a MKII Ford Granada which was great but short lived due to a four car pile up that may or may not have been my fault! This was replaced by a canary yellow Austin Mini with four spoke Revolution wheels which was great but the colour was awful so I painted it in Hammerite Black! (No idea what I was thinking at the time!) I ended up trading the Mini for a 1980 Ford Thunderbird and the wife went with me to collect it, she was dying with laughter that we drove down in a tiny RHD and went home in a massive LHD V8 Yank tank, great car till it got written off. I had been getting seriously interested in Land Rovers and by this time I found out about a 1966 LWB Series IIA that was originally a RAF ambulance that was a museum exhibit till they damaged the body on it so I asked if it could be converted to a pick up truck and repainted in matt black and the deal was done. That was by far and away THE hardest car I ever drove, it took so much concentration but it was also incredibly rewarding. It was basic beyond belief, no power steering, no power brakes, no gearbox synchromesh (I got the double clutching down to a fine art) it still had the extra heavy duty suspension despite losing around half its body weight so the ride was 'firm' but very easy to get sideways on roundabouts! Christ, thinking back, the Hi Lo beam was not on a stalk like a regular car but a button on the floor by my left foot! It was also old enough not to have seatbelts which I had to explain to a MOT tester once because he wanted to fail it! Unfortunately after quite a few years it had to go so was replaced with a 1990 V8 Discovery which could have been amazing but on only the eighth day of ownership I rolled it at around 80 (ish) MPH on the M6. Once the insurance paid out it was replaced by a Range Rover MkII (P38) V8 4.6 with 22" wheels which didn't look too out of place in London. That car was amazing, it did so much and it took so much with the only Achilles Heel being the air suspension. On one trip in Ireland we were visiting family when the compressor packed up and I had to drive with the wife and her parents 120 miles on terrible Irish roads, whilst riding on the bump stops all the way! on those 22" rims! I was NOT Mr Popular that day! A friend in the Met Police who is also into his cars came out for a spin in it one day and despite being a Class A Pursuit driver, he sh!t his pants in it! Its definitely no Ferrari or M3 but in sport mode and with the 2.5 tons under momentum, it was certainly a 'drivers car' Unfortunately the engine was on its way out so I replaced it with a same type of Range Rover but the new one had the awful BMW 2.5 turbo diesel engine and it was so under-powered it was unreal, horrendous car! So my current line up is a 2005 W203 (I think) 220cdi saloon which is my daily, a 1989 V8 3.5 Range Rover Classic and my 1999 Triumph Speed Triple. The Mercedes is still fairly new to me but seems to be a great runaround but unfortunately I HATE diesel cars and now I'm living in Ireland, due to its age and engine size, the road tax alone is €951 PER YEAR! I bought my Range Rover before we moved over in 2019 and I made sure it was over the 30 year/ Vintage age requirement so the road tax is only €56 per year and not €1809! (They REALLY HATE nice cars here in Ireland) Its a fantastic if somewhat dated car but is just the job for the roads here and has surprisingly proved to be incredibly reliable so far! And finally, my Speed Triple! I've had that bike longer than any other and it has been so reliable and even after all these years it still manages to scare the sh!t out of me now and then! I cannot believe how long this post (essay?) is but all I can say is I've probably forgotton a few vehicles along the way but in the 35 years on the road I cannot believe just how blessed I've been with the vehicles I've owned and the places they've taken me and the memories they have given me. This has been very cathartic for me and if you did get this far, A, you deserve a medal and B, I hope it entertained you for a little while, a small thank you for all the entertainment you've provided us over the years! Cheers and stay safe!
