    Appreciate you uploading this! Doing a swap on my hatch and this eliminated a lot of intimidation and confusion with routing all my lines

    So 6:14 both those lines are also vaccum? The two going to turbo canister? I was going to tee off the BOV line on the top..

    What’s the hose name that has the S shape that goes from throttle body to the T fitting

    The third line doesn't go to the master cylinder, it's a vent for gas emissions. If you disconnect it don't leave it open next to your turbo as it could catch fire. Run the line into the frame rail.

      Eternity I'm doing this set up as well , so do I leave that third line open??? Or no

    Do you know where the air regulator tees to? I have it to my intercooler piping but I feel that isn't right.

    • @OneCleans13
      @OneCleans13  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Gran TurismoTV It connects in between two large vacuum ports underneath the intake manifold by the IACV. Check out my rb20det idles vid for the location of it.

    How do u have your power steering setup ?

    • @OneCleans13
      @OneCleans13  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +sean darosa Its a mess dude lol. I had to bend the power steering hard lines so that it would mate up to the rb power steering pump. I was careful not to kink the line. I reused every component from my ka24e. I have the reservoir located on the passenger side of the engine bay so that it is away from the heat of the exhaust. I needed to get a 3ft long hose in order to have the reservoir reach the power steering pump input bung. I did not use all 3ft of hose, but it was pretty close. Let me know how the tuning goes!

    Where did you get your fuel pressure regulator from?

    • @OneCleans13
      @OneCleans13  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I ordered it from enjuku racing. I also used enjuku racing's oem fuel pressure regulator delete fitting

      Yeah it was wrong lol

  • @xgrapher
    @xgrapher ปีที่แล้ว

    with all due respect you are wrong about the stock fuel pressure regulator. its a simple spring loaded mechanism, if pressure goes above 3 bar it opens. after market fpr is only needed for those who want to adjust or for cosmetic reasons

    • @OneCleans13
      @OneCleans13  ปีที่แล้ว

      I replaced the stock fuel pressure regulator to manually control the AFR. More gas for more boost. Target 11.5 AFR when on boost. Cant do that with a standard fuel pressure regulator since there is no adjustment.

    • @xgrapher
      @xgrapher ปีที่แล้ว

      @@OneCleans13 sorry to be that wise guy but you are wrong again. I'm a professional tuner, tuned 100s of cars. You increase your afr by increasing the injectors duty cycle. If you have maxed out you need bigger injectors. You can raise a little bit with the regulator as a cheap hack but in a long run fuel pressure above 3 ~ 4 bar takes it toll on the fuel pump

    • @OneCleans13
      @OneCleans13  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@xgrapher If you've tuned 100s of cars you would know that when a car runs out of fuel pump/injectors, it runs lean. Increasing fuel pressure absolutely increases the amount of fuel reaching the combustion chamber, assuming your injectors arent already maxed out. Increasing fuel pressure is the QUICK and DIRTY way of "tuning" using a wideband WITHOUT making any software changes. It worked for me so yes it works lol. Old School carbs are tuned in the same manor using different sized jets.

    • @xgrapher
      @xgrapher ปีที่แล้ว

      You say in the video "rb20det will need a new fuel pump and you will need a fuel pressure regulator so that you are not dumping crazy amount of fuel". Go back to your video if you don't believe me. Yes, the fpr hack that you mentioned works for small gains, even though it's not advisable. But originally, in your video, you had a total different story. You say if you new fuel pump is installed a stock fpr can't handle it. That's wrong. And increasing jet sizes is not like upping the pressure. It's more like upping the injector size. Not being an a$$hole but have to present the correct information
