So far so good... it definitely sounded better after the TB cleaning. Good look! I just snagged an RB25 neo so I’ll be bullet proofing that engine now!
@@FSOMedia bro nothing like appreciation for what you already have... Nothing wrong with the reliable rb20... Lifes like a cock its not what you got its how you use it
Rpm bouncing around is a common issue on 32,33,34's. Most cars does it after a while and it is caused due to cold soldering on the terminals behind or bad connections, I've had the same problem and resoldered back the wires and it's working good now no issues, u can try it also if not change the cluster to gtr one if u can find any for a good price, also i miss seeing the 240 we need more videos of it😉
When taking off the throttle body could you tell if it would be possible to take out the fuel rail along with the injectors, I’m really not trying to take off the manifold lol
It definitely doesn’t work but that just controls the cold start mostly. The iacv on the manifold controls idle and I know mine is bad. My s13 Rb20 also has a bad iacv lol they’re expensive and hard to find so I just work around it
Dont adjust the throttle plate stop screw that is factory set at factory on a flow bench on most Nissans. Obviously if a previous owner has been tampering then maybe that could be the problem
The car came with a green one so I got another green one to replace it with. Not 100% sure what the differences are between all the mafs but this one is working great for now.
Roloc is a bad idea on aluminum flanges, way too aggressive. Your silicone hoses probably have the wrong OD/ID for OEM hose clamps but those spring clamps are superior for providing consistent tension regardless of temperature fluctuations. Nissan went from screw clamps to spring clamps in the late R33 for this reason in the few places where they still used it. Adjusting your throttle body stopper is not a good idea from stock either, it's a band-aid over the problem.
When you said the TPS is very sensitive in how you move it, what exactly are you moving? That part was unclear to me, thanks!
Take apart your cluster and re solder the 4 main connection points they usually all go bad on most gtst mine were corroded to shit.
Could you expand on this issue or link me to what you’re referring to? Thanks
Make video post if you can

Bro it's always the tps. I've owned way to many skylines now

Should be able to, just replaced injectors on mine w/o taking manifold off, didn’t have my rail all the way removed though, was tight!
My rb20 did this. Turns out i was missing the ACC which lies between the upper and lower plenum near the fuel rail. Maybe your ACC is faulty.

Do you have any idle air control valves I can buy from you for rb20?
Omg dude I'm way late but its the sensor at the start of the intake piping lol same worth mine happend

Hey mate, noob question..Shouldn't that have a pink sticker air flow sensor though

Pretty sure the green label is the gtr ones where the pink ones are for gtst skylines
