What do you think about the headhunter 4" shells and how loud are the double play shells in person cause I just got a case of both
Double plays are sweet to throw in a rack with a faster fuse. Single breaks are obviously louder but you def wont be disappointed. I used my last box over the weekend and everyone loved em.
I haven't shot headhunters but I'm sure they're good enough. Imo there's not much of a difference between most of the salute cans

Nah not one bit it's all depends on how much lift powder is in the Canister shells
I make canister shells and rockets from scratch. The length of the mortar can absolutely have an effect on lift height. Beyond a certain point though it's marginal. The composition and mesh size of the lift charge will also play a role. Those 1.4g consumer canister shells that get longer and longer every year are a meme, for the most part you're paying for cardboard.@@dejay314pyrotechnics7

I have not yet them seem pretty good close to the extreme type of shells
Some of the salute cans actually trick people with the amount of lift charge being used to break the shell lower to increase their overall loudness
Even when they broke lower still wasn't as loud Master 5 for example very little lift but still not hitting harder then rams loco kk

I have Bubba thumps and rambos. I was lighting them one at a time, alternating back and forth, and I prefered and thought the bubba thumps did better and were louder. Most people would say that's not possible but me and my wife both thought so.
