The trophy was not popping out for me, so what i did was go to tartarus and use up the twilight fragments i had so that it reduced from 99 since i had the max number so i could accommodate more. The next day i went around town and some of fragments i collected before ended up respawning for some glitchy reason, after i collected them all including the one in the club at night, the trophy appeared, hope this helps someone.

I wish the devs took the time to scatter the Elizabeth fragments across the map when completing quests so it'd give a bigger reason to re-explore over and over again. Kind of sad that wasn't the case.

You can in any playthrough as long as you have every player stat at max (just in case tho) and have access to the garden
