Hello there, creator of Narrow Gauge Line here, nice video :) Narrow Gauge Line is set in the UK (specifically Wales), the game honestly just started out as a railway with free models for me and some friends to mess about on but then it grew into quite the popular railway game, leading me to put more and more time into improving it, eventually leading to the revived version which used very few free models with most of it being hand-built (bar the foliage, locomotives & rolling stock, some buildings and other smaller bits here and there). You were partly correct in that the game died due to me losing interest, though there were also a few other reasons.
@@niklasmolin3195 Yea, funny story regarding the description of the original game, originally it said "A fictional narrow gauge railway running through the Welsh landscape.", but Roblox decided to censor "Welsh" for some reason so i had to remove it lol. If you're interested i've also made a third game in the series called Paethsmouth Mines, this game isn't one where you drive trains in but instead you're restricted to just the mines and you can explore them on foot with only lanterns as a source of light, its like a fun little project i like to work on from time-to-time thats focused on atmosphere and sounds.
i'm surprised snow hill lines hasn't been mentioned on any of these videos. while it still gets a couple of players every now and then, the project has been completely abandoned for a few years now and is never going to be updated again as centro (the dev group) is focusing more on croydon.
i did consider it several times, but everytime i checked out the game, it had like 12-13 players online which according to how i do these videos would possibly put it in the honorable mentions category but due to the 10+ players constantly online i can't really call it a dead game. once it hits like less than 5+ players then i can do it but for now its still relatively alive

You forgot about narrow gauge hills. This game was created back in 2017, and it was very popular and realistic. Then, roblox added the phyics update, and the game was completely destroyed., and it was forgotted. But, the game was revived some weeks ago, thanks for a great update. Now, 20 players play this game, and i consider it revived. Im very happy, cuz i started playing back in 2018, and its very nostalgic. More updates will come in the near future..
There’s this dead one dead game that me and some of my pals like playing and it’s called Solway 1985 and it’s basically a narrow gauge train game set in the Lake District. I think it was made by a guy called Train4472 or something, I highly recommend mentioning the game if you do make another video talking about dead train games, it’s just a suggestion.

Nice video it’s interesting to see what used to be the popular train games in roblox! There is a dead train game called Robloxian Automatic Subway, I used to play it a ton and it was really popular until it started dying. It and the sequel, Robloxian Automatic Subway 2, both began losing a lot of players and a while ago the first game got taken down and the sequel is still up but it’s rare to find anyone playing that. The games where made by the user called Muffahi. You could add those games if you want to if you make another one of these.

In 2022 the first steam locomotives Based on polar bear at amberley museum in Sussex joined the line. In late 2022 5 steam locomotives were working. Christopher, Polar Bear, Sea Lion, Peter & Brown Bear. In 2023 the map was re done and was opened for the 3rd time... September 2023 the game shutdown only to reopen again in october in 2024 a new year's party went on and it was good but after that there was a Easter update and since then the owner has no longer updated it. The easter update still being there. Give me a date 16:00 pm (Uk) time. And I'll give you a ride. But now the owner is working on two new games. Westbridge Light Railway & Westbridge Model Engineering Club. The game was due to get a new map by summer 2024 but this plan has been said it might not happen. The railway is due to be closed soon and turned into a town game but with some of the track bed staying.

I actually played narrow gauge project 2 years after its release when it was actually popular.
The bloxvile mainline game is currently being remastered but the remastered version will be its own separate game.
