    Great video. A bonus to this is all that sawdust. Label and save it for those times when some wood needs some fixing.

    For what it's worth, I tape over the top of the plugs before running them through the bandsaw. En masse it may not matter if a few escape, but if you're looking for an exact grain match, the tape can stop stray plugs off the saw.

    Normally I try to cut the plugs in such away that the sawdust can be released from the groove. So cut the first one at the edge of the wood, the next ones overlapping the previous cut. When I only need a few plugs at a time I will use a screwdriver to pry them out one by one.

    The glue can completely dry, just use a 3/8ths forstner to drill out the plug.

    I tried this and my lawnmower started right up. A new plug made all the difference. lol

    6:20 - lower that band saw guide. Very unsafe leaving it up like that.
